I went here for breakfast and the person taking my order told me they didn't have what I wanted .... so I asked for something else and she again told me they didn't have that .... so I asked what they did have and she told me they couldn't help me . This was at 900 am on a Sunday !
This is the most convenient location for me, as it is right across the street from me. I'm not sure I'm going back though. I ordered chicken fries and they gave me an original chicken sandwich and French fries. When I said this isn't my order she told mr she charged me for the chicken sandwich and fries, which makes no sense to me. At no point did they give me a receipt and at no point did they confirm my order before I paid. They offered to make chicken fries for me in addition to what they gave me. But I had frozen foods in my trunk from grocery shopping.
Do better burger king.
I ordered a BOGO based on a discount card from the local high school sports fundraiser. The store refused to honor it, even after I let them inspect the card. They then claimed that this is not the BK at 7650 Quincy as specified in the card. 1) Don’t advertise through a BOGO promotion if you are not going to honor it. 2) Don’t insult the customer by lying to his face about your reason for not honoring it. Shame on you.
Stopped for lunch the woman running the front was rude and refused to give me half fries and half ouion rings even though it's the same price crazy it's not hard to do just lazy and rude you could hear the employees talking trash about the customers i guess they think they are the only ones who understands another language just avoid this place save your time and money!!!
They said all burgers are cooked to order. This visit was my first in more than ten years. The burger was reheated and the fries were limp and barely warm.
I won’t be back
I was there on May 2,2025 at 11:11pm and the lady on drive thru was extremely rude and disrespectful. I really didn't appreciate it. If she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one.

One star is very generous. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I went through the drive through and place my order which should have been $5 ish plus tax. The lady, manager, told me $12. I nicely told her what I ordered and she began screaming at me at pointing her finger at me telling me I was wrong. Then slammed the window and threw my drink. I'm done. I don't usually eat Burger King and never will again.

Great fresh fries and nuggets! Not sure what you did differently, but today, the food stayed fresh and hot for close to 30mins. Thank you!

Some ones clearly in there, but they’re hiding from customers and ignoring the drive through.
The night drive thru girl was extremely rude! I go to this burger King all the time and day crew are nice and polite the guy that handed me my drink was just as rude when I asked to make sure my autistic son's drink didn't have ice (because she couldn't seem to understand my order and tried to erase it and start over.) Neither one had a name badge.
Very disappointing, second time I have gone here to order breakfast, only to be told....sorry the Biscuits are not ready yet. Guess I will have to find another place to go.
