Burger King has always allowed whoppers to be ordered in the morning; you just have to wait a bit. No problem. The menu also specifically said "ALL DAY". Idk if the lady at the drive thru was new or what but she refused to let me order a whopper and was rather rude about it. I'm appalled, I've never received such service.

I just had the worst experience with this burger king. I ordered the fish meal, i took one bite and it was so terrible. It tasted like shoe leather. I will never eat there again. This is the second time. I thought i would give them another chance but not another. The girl didnt even smile or say thank you. Never again! $23 dollars down the tube.

THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER . WHEN I CALLED UP THERE TO LET THE MANAGER KNOW SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WILL GET IT FIX .. I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO GET THE ORDER FIX CLEMENCI THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT FIX MY ORDER.

Absolutely the worst burger King we have ever been to! Got stuck in the drive thru for 30min before we could even get to the speaker to order then they got our order completely wrong. Overpriced and completely screwed up! Just go to the one on chambers.

Waited ink e for 20 minutes to be told hold on longer when they got to me. Ended up walking out and going to Wendy's. Told the guy coming in when I went out don't go here you won't be helped

Stopped in to grab the grands a bite before heading home. The food was prepared as requested. I do have a picky eater. The fries were hot. They ran out of churros this visit.

Kid-friendliness: They allowed my grandson to order his food and they patiently waited for him to finish his order. They spoke directly to him.

Took 5 min to order in drive thru for breakfast, I was the only one in line. When I questioned why the meal cost significantly more than the board, I was told, oh I upgraded you to large. Then had to wait another 5 min to exchange the large hash browns and coke to small… horrible service!

The drive thru girl is so rude and unprofessional. Intentionally leaving stuff out our nag, expecting us to come back. Thankful for her, I'll never come back to this location.

I really hate to give a low rating, especially with fast food, because I know what a crappy job it can be sometimes dealing with customers, and not everybody likes customer service.

However, this particular Burger King has consistently poor. This review is actually of the last 3 times I've tried to go.

The first time I went was a couple weeks ago. The line for the drive-through seemed really long and we had ordered through the mobile app. When I walked in to the lobby, I couldn't seem to get anybody's attention for the register. The people in back wouldn't come out front, and the drive-through person was either frustrated or flustered.
When someone did come out to the register and I told them I had a mobile order, they told me there were no mobile orders, and that I would have to re-order with them. I showed them my phone with the address of this location, and the drive-through person yelled at them and pointed to a to go order that was already bagged up. The cashier handed it to me and walked back to the back room or out of view. When I open the bag, it was not my order. I had to wait again until somebody noticed that I was still there because I wasn't comfortable shouting to the drive-through person as they seem to have too much going on already.

The next time I went through the drive-through and ordered normally, because I thought maybe the mobile order was the problem. My order is always the same, a whopper with no pickles as a combo meal with a Dr Pepper. When I got to the window to pay, I was given my order and the window shut before I could ask for ketchup or napkins. In Denver, you have to ask for those things. The drive-through worker didn't reappear so I gave up after about 45 seconds and drove away. When I got home to open my bag, I realized they had forgotten to put the fries in the bag. I emailed the manager via the receipt, but have not yet heard anything.

This last time was today. I use the mobile app because I wanted the points or the rewards to build up. My order was correct but again at the window I was handed my order. The window was closed without acknowledgment, and I was unable to ask for ketchup napkins, or a straw.

It just makes me feel like this particular location has a poor training method, or that people just don't care here. I do not have this problem with pickles, ketchup, or the mobile app, at other locations around Denver.
