Not all Burger Kings are the same and this franchise will charge you for everything. Per sauce they will charge you $0.27 plus tax. Triple check your order more than likely they forgot something.

Burger King still offer the classic paper crowns which always feels good. This location may be short on staff because it takes a few minutes to place my order. The associate was taking orders via headset as well. I was on the inside a long with other customers. The trash cans were full inside and out. The tables and seats were clean.

I'm sure this restaurant doesn't care about reviews. The staff is so rude. I just ordered a combo meal, and they gave me the wrong thing. I went inside, and they didn't help me either. I paid for cookies, and they didn't give them to me. So there's no worse fast-food restaurant than this one. I don't know if it's all the staff, but I dealt with the people who work at 4 in the afternoon.
I hate this Burger King. The service always suck. Today I went and got a whopper meal and a cheeseburger with a medium fry. The women stops talking halfway through my order to start talking to another worker and begins giggling then after completing taking my order they tell me that a medium fry is unavailable and I have to order a small or large fry. After downgrading to a small fry I finish my order. When I pull around and pay for my order. I ask for a buffalo sauce and a ranch. She makes sure to tell me that it’s .25 each sauce. Which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that they already did not have the medium fry available. I pay the .25 and she only give back .45 and also gives bbq instead of buffalo. When I get home and see the mistake they made. I immediately call and of course they don’t answer the phones either. Avoid this Burger King if you can!

This restaurant always takes forever for staff to come out of the back. And if they see you waiting at the counter they just look away and finish their conversation before bothering to take your order. The drink machines are rarely in working order, the dining room is always dirty and the management staff could seriously use the most basic customer service training. So sorry to bother you by patronizing your restaurant.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to wait on me they could be heard in the kitchen joking around. The drink machine was broken, I asked about national specials and was SOL in that regard. The young woman in front of me was waiting for 45 minutes for her online order and was told that the fryers aren't working. The dining room was filthy. Food was cold when I got it. NEVER GOING BACK to this location. If I could give zero stars I would. What the hell is going on with the Burger Kings in the Denver area? Used to be ok as far as fast food goes. Now? FAIL.

The girl working tonight 10/5 at 6:50ish- 7pm was working her butt off got my big order all correct and did it super fast. She looked alone but I wasn’t sure. Please give her some recognition!!
