Burgers and ambiance are why I keep going back. The burgers are insanely good (and huge). The music and decor is straight out of METAL heaven (or hell). My favorite burger place in the CO area.

Took almost 20 minutes to get a single milkshake! 5 kids working, and only 2 other people in line. Absolutely pathetic all standing around not doing anything. $15 an hour for these idiots? Don't waste your time here. Went here the previous night at 7:45pm and they had the drive thru machine saying they were closed, refused to answer. Will never waste my time here again. All your employees are a joke.

Do not go through the drive thru!! You will be waiting for at least 10 to 15 min just to get to the window, then when you get there you have to order your meals again because somehow your order was deleted! I wonder if this has anything to do with the clock that monitors how long it takes to fill and complete an order. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. I will not return to this restaurant again. It's not the employees fault they seem nice but the leadership is, sorry! There is no leadership..

After spending 18 minuteswaiting for someone to take my order and another 10 for them to make it i got the wrong food. I ordered a chicken bacon and cheese meal. They have me a spicy chicken mean. When I br ought it up to the person behind the counter. They quite literally open my sandwich stuffed bacon and cheese on a current wrong sandwich and handed it back to me.

Lady at drive through had horrible customer service etiquette. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Refused to disclose her name and slammed the window in my face. But this is who’s handling my food. Never again.
