I went to Burger King today. I got my food. My food was amazing. I went back in well. I sent my 16-year-old son in there to get water and they charged him four dollars for water. I have to go in there and ask for my money back because that was ridiculous to get four dollars for water. They said they charge four dollars for a cup. I felt like they was discriminating and they charged me what they wanted to.

Trash mouth employees haven't really bad attitudes for doing the job that they're hired to do. Food was sub par. Go to any Burger King beside this one.

I've been here many times because it's close to my work. The food is good but I could do without the staff yelling at one another in Spanish. They act like no one else speaks Spanish! It's embarrassing how unprofessional they talk to each other. When I order, I do so in Spanish because they're nicer to you. Its obvious most of the staff understands Spanish way more than English. Little things like them giving receipts with the whole middle whited-out (because the ink in the register is going out) so you can't do the survey is also annoying. I don't like bringing my students here because the manager who's usually here doesn't know how to ring up a tax-exempt purchase. Some more training would really help the staff.

Went through drive through took 25 min. Got to fries let the lady know I has subbed onion rings. Tells me I didnt when the order showed I did. Request my whole bag up because again insisted I didnt do the sub even though the receipt shows it and returned my bag. The order had 6 onion rings in it. Disgrace.

This spot has the most awful, stale and cold fries I’ve ever had every time. Please retrain your employees on how to make French fries. The service here is good, but the fries are terrible. Undercooked and ice cold every time.
