Stopped by to try out the Burger King bacon melt. It is unbelievably good. A thick juicy burger, ordered with extra ketchup, has become a delicious, greasy, out of this world mess. I cannot wait to come back for more. The stack is very nice and accommodating and the pleasure to do business with.

My order was not prepared properly, the food was beyond the whole time with onion rings being rubbery and old and cold as well as the french fries from the kids meal the chicken wrap, it was old and hard and not easy to eat and the chicken nuggets were hard old and cold. What a pleasant lunch for my Monday afternoon! How exciting I never will visit their again and this is why I don't eat fast food, I stopped eating fast food a year ago and I waned fast food today to see if they had any upgrades or good food and nope garbage very very disappointed. Never to eat at Burger King or any fast food restaurant again. Unfortunately I wouldn't even recommend this food to a homeless person. Have a pleasant afternoon!!! Happy hunting for your favorite Burger King necessities of what they want to call food!

I am going to have to start making my own breakfast croissant sandwiches. I am addicted, but the service at this location is just laughable. Some of it is language barrier, but it is beyond that. I have gotten multiple incorrect orders. As someone else mentioned, even after clarification. This last time the woman at the drive through told me my card would not go through. She showed me the message which read “waiting for order to be completed”, but no matter how I tried to explain she didn’t get it. I went inside, and there was no problem when rung up on the other machine. Not a really big problem, but then she through her hands up in the air and exclaimed, “not my problem, it’s the machine”. I thought that was rude. They have not been able to get the receipt paper working for what seems like months. They even asked for my phone to take a photo of the screen for my receipt. There are usually no customers at the location so it is not like they are so busy they don’t have time to get things right. Today there were actually 3 people in the drive through. When I got to the window the worker commented on how crazy they are this morning. Just not living up to being a convenience.

had a terrible experience at Burger King this evening. After ordering online, I was met with rudeness when I arrived to pick up my order. The employee rolled her eyes when I stated my order and refused to provide any condiments, despite my requests for ketchup and mayo. When I asked for mayonnaise in a cup, which I have done many times before at other locations, she simply said no, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful.

The overall demeanor of the staff was disrespectful, leaving me feeling unwelcome. I was so upset that I started crying at the fountain drink station, overwhelmed by how rude the service was and how terrible my day had already been. The fries were not full and were served cold, and my veggie burger came without mayo, even though my fiancé's burger had it.

Despite not being into the food I had ordered, I tried to eat it quickly, but it spilled all over my clothes. I was already feeling unwell and needed to go to the hospital, and the sandwiches were made so slowly and poorly that it added to my frustration. After a particularly tough day, with a family member involved in a serious car accident and later passing away, I had hoped for a comforting meal but was instead met with disappointment and utter disgust.

It’s crucial for employees to remember that their words and actions can greatly impact customers' experiences. I hope management takes note of this feedback, as it’s essential for staff to treat customers with kindness and respect

I’ve eaten a lot of fast food in my life and I love Burger King but this is by far the worst ran fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I keep going back because I love Burger King but it is comical how everytime I’m there something is ridiculous. Tonight I waited at their drive thru window at 1050pm for 5 minutes and nobody responded, tried to go inside and the doors were locked. Sorry I’m trying to give you business.

Im sick and tired of coming here after school and getting fries with little or even no salt! Its not the 1600s, we aint paying 15$ for burgers and fries with no damn salt.

Sunday November 3rd 2024 at about 9:30 pm the young man working the front counter and back up for drive thru saw me made eye contact with me then proceeded to ignore me and then was very dismissive and rude! He wasn't even wearing a burger king work shirt. He was the skinnier one, no offense to anybody sorry.

The service is absolutely HORRIBLE! They are very rude and have no respect for elderly people. I recommend them to get a hole new crew.
