My biggest complaint is getting the wrong drink. I don't drink sweetened drinks, and they give me sweet tea after asking for UNsweetened tea.

The last four times that I have gone there every time I get home my order has been wrong, this time I went I ordered three different $5 mix match #1 - Whopper jr with cheese & frys, #2 - 2 bacon cheese burgers, #3 - Whopper jr with no mayo plus mustard & frys. WE GOT 3 FRYS ONLY ASKED FOR 2 NO WHOOPER JR WITH CHEESE NO MAYO PLUS MUSTARD SO I WENT WITHOUT MY LUNCH. THANK YOU FOR NOTHING. TRIED TO CALL NO ANSWER 🤬😡 OH YEAH AND PAID $5 FOR FRENCH FRYS

Ohh my gosh what terrible service. Pulled up at 11:00pm and sat till 11:34pm just to see how long it was gonna take for someone to come to the mic to take someone’s order… No one came to the mic and there were 8 cars and we all had to just reverse out and leave. Looked over and saw the worker just focusing on side work and closing, pouring grease out… I get it I work in the industry I’m a GM And it can be grueling to take orders up to close but dude… I just worked a 16 hour shift and I literally just wanted a chicken sandwich on the way home. Absolutely sad that burger king lacks leadership to just flip this store.. ohh well… i digress.

I have not once ever gotten the sauce I requested with my nuggets. Every. Single. Time. Why do you even ask what sauce I want? Other than that, it's the usual quality you'd expect from your average Burger King.

Dear Night Crew, If you don't like working fast food, don't work there! The attitude was unreal (If they even speak to you) The food was burnt and sloppy. Change your fryer oil and check your hold times! Our nuggets and mozzarella sticks were dark brown and stale. The only thing right was our burgers.

I ordered two combo juniors and one extra Junior and she gave me all hamburgers only and I told her no she was so rude I will go to 58 and Washington for it

For the area, this is a stand up Burger joint. Prices aren't bad, I got two rodeo burgers for around $4 bucks. The fountain machine is up to date with an assortment of flavors to add to the classics. The service is exceptional, in either Spanish or English, the management and employees are attentive and kind. The bathrooms are accessible to customers, and well looked after. The parking lot was well kept, and the lobby clean. I like coming here for a quick meal, and the hospitality is catching even the customers are nice to one another here, holding the door for one another. Great job! And thank you all for your service and hospitality!

I went to the restroom before ordering and when I walked in, they had the door propped open but no one was around. I shut the door because I had to go number 2. When done and getting ready to wipe, a lady walks in and tells me the bathroom is closed and props the door open again. Mind you there are customers sitting outside the bathroom. Waiting for food and eating at tables. It's a direct view from the sitting area to the bathroom. I asked if she was going to keep it open and stated how rude it was. But she left it open. Needless to say I left in the toilet what I saw her as being at that moment, then walked out. This is the second encounter at this burger king I've had with her. Another she tried telling me the ladies restroom was for ladies only. Mind you ice had 2 children and am far from looking like a man. Very rude!! And embarrassing!!!
