Ordered the new franken candy sundae, literally three ingredients, was given a sundae missing chocolate sauce. I went up and asked if they could add the sauce. They said they were out, but we're unable to offer a refund or any kind of substitution. The only reason I ordered the stupid sundae is because of the new flavors. Absolutely unbelievable

I really like this particular burger king. The service always fast, friendly and the prices are cheaper than the other burger kings anywhere else. A cone is only 1.41 tax included!! I will drive out of my way just to go there. Great job you guys!!

I am beyond mad. I ordered three different burgers and got one. I call twice and you can't even pick up the phone. As I am a delivery driver theres no way I can go back to the location, you guys need to hire competent staff. You are looking at a future lawsuit.

Went through the drive thru the other night and ordered two bacon king combos. Got home and there was onions, letuce, pickles and a ton of mustard on both of them. Not as much bacon as I'm use to either. So basicly double woppers with cheese. Very disappointed to say the least
Lady 10:15 9/30/25pm food was cold she got my order wrong she gave me Hershey sundae when i order a Hershey pie wanted me to pay for the pie even tho tried to give her the sundae back.

The worker at the drive-through was rude. I paid for a meal. She did not give me my drink. I had a Burger King cup in my car for three days ago with water in there and she said she gave me my drink and she wanted to auger, but I left.
