07/21 around 2 drive through young lady very rude no customer service training rolls her eyes when you asked for something simple like do your job very unprofessional location

First to start it off pull in to order and a car just sitting there as they have conversations for like 15min before the car moved in got to order. Now since I waited for there conversations to be done I asked for my fries and onion rings to be fresh she goes to add sprite and coke like no thanks, she goes on to say it will take 10 min I'm like that's fine I'm 27mins in already in this drive thru I'll wait. I pull up and the fries are cold the onion rings taste like they been in old grease and the fries where not fresh and to add no lettuce no tomato in a whopper Not very good at all will it be back. Rain check please

No one around to take our order and then when we called out for help they didn’t speak to us and gave us nasty looks. Food was warm not fresh. It’s been three years since my last BK visit and will be many more before I go back.

I don't know why Burger King gets bad reviews all the time, my experience got this one was awesome! Service with quick, the food was hot and fresh!

Great service during the typically hectic lunch hour. The folks working the registers were helpful and friendly, and the meal was available quickly. The food was decent quality and met expectations. The entry and exit off of Federal is a bit treacherous, but so are most of the retail facilities on Federal. The ordering kiosks were out of order, and unsure if that would cause an issue if things got busy. The interior was bright and clean, unfortunately the tables needed a bit of freshening up.

Terrible staff, very rude, the one at the drive thru, a despotic and rude person who does not take the order well, gives you everything wrong and in a bad way. I had to pay for a meal I didn't order. Very lousy place and the worst horrible staff. I won't go back to that burger king again.
Delivery driver an the workers there treat people with no respect had to go to front for pickup an was asked to do so an i did an the lady was really rude i told her I was not giving her attitude proceeded to Apologize an she waved me off no customer service what so ever .

They are cold, cut in half, the bread is no longer a cold dry hamburger, the meat, the hard potatoes, very bad service, I do not recommend it ?do not spend. Your money in this place
