Pretty sure this burger king only has 1 employee working here or something went for breakfast waited forever. I thought it was a drive thru issue since nobody said anything so I went inside as did the person behind me in the drive thru. Only to discover a line of people in the inside not being helped. Long story short dont go here.

I think they were understaffed when I arrived bc my order took forever and the lady was grumpy. I get it I've worked food service my whole life. But a smile goes a long way! Food was good. I need those gluten free options tho!!

Lady is rude and tries to say she charged me for a medium when I bought a large. Then had an attitude when I caught that mistake. Just horrible service from the older lady over all. Instead of refilling the drink she dumped the wrong drinks into a larger cup and just handed it to me.APART from that we got home and my wife’s drink is fanta mix with Dr Pepper. Paid $32 for the meal so the lady can be rude and ruin the drink she never even refilled the drink. She was an older lady late 30s not sure her race she was on shift when we went around 5:51pm October 18,2025 A younger teen she was very nice she was trying to help out while the other lady was extremely RUDE!!

First time at a smash burger. The burger wasn't bad, nothing to introduce to mom. Ordered fries and a drink not realizing you can't purchase as a combo. Paid $4 for sweet potato fries that I ate one of because they taste clashed hard with my burger. The staff seemed more interested in playing than taking our order. I took my dad in there and he asked for a sample of a brusskesprouts. The kid pretending to be a cashier was so busy looking over his shoulder trying to see the 2 girls sharing his shift told us they can't do samples because of the way they are packed. Understandable. So Dad said he didn't want them. Found out when I got home (to go order) I paid for them anyways but didn't get them. And dad bought a beer for $8. I will say this. I ordered a vanilla shake that may have been the best vanilla shake I've ever tasted in my life. Other than that I thought it was $50 that would have been better spent on play doh. And I was the only customer in there and it took us almost 45 minutes to get out 2 orders and leave. Nice restraunt. It was clean. But nothing inspired me to ever try it again.

I have anemia and a really high metabolism so I am unhealthy skinny for context. I walk into Burger King and walk up the counter as the lady is taking another man’s order the mini she’s done she looks at me sees that I am white turns around and ignores me. Then when she’s done doing whatever she’s doing putting together in order, she turns back and asked me what I need and I just say two forks she then says to me I have to buy something in order to get a fork or any kind of silverware. Which I know is a lie because the night previous I asked the night crew if I could get a fork and they gave me a fork no problem I didn’t have to pay for a meal or anything because it’s just a fork. So instead of dealing with the profiling i left. Not ever coming back here again.

First to start it off pull in to order and a car just sitting there as they have conversations for like 15min before the car moved in got to order. Now since I waited for there conversations to be done I asked for my fries and onion rings to be fresh she goes to add sprite and coke like no thanks, she goes on to say it will take 10 min I'm like that's fine I'm 27mins in already in this drive thru I'll wait. I pull up and the fries are cold the onion rings taste like they been in old grease and the fries where not fresh and to add no lettuce no tomato in a whopper Not very good at all will it be back. Rain check please

No one around to take our order and then when we called out for help they didn’t speak to us and gave us nasty looks. Food was warm not fresh. It’s been three years since my last BK visit and will be many more before I go back.
