I really enjoyed my meal as someone who never eats breakfast but that big general manager lady made me feel awful for ordering again, in Spanish she said I was frustrating her when I came up to the counter again. Ursula looking ah shouldn’t be trusted running this store, bathrooms where also closed for some reason. This just one of the many reason I’ve quit going to fast food, and just when I was starting to like eating breakfast.

This Burger King is not perfect but it’s much better than the macdonalds that’s half a block north on this street.I’m pleased with the quality of food and service; and it’s cheaper than Macdonalds.

That's probably the most hostile burger King I've ever been employee Maria was super rude taking my order and felt like I was being watched the entire time I was eating my food super glad burger King will be closing there doors soon if this is the type of staff there hiring .

So I'm in Burger King right now and this lady will not let me use the restroom she didn't even know if I was going to pay for food or not and she's being very disrespectful and called the police on me for apparently no reason first thing I noticed Hispanics and white people do here in Colorado soon as they see a black person they call the police
This restaurant always manages to be the worst part of my day. The food is always dry and over cooked, the employees are generally negligent to a good customer experience. I've always kept my mouth shut though in prior visits, as I too work in service. Today I visited this location, the employee never gave me my debit card back. (Honest mistake on both part I totally get things happen.) I immediately turned around and about 10 minutes later i got to the store and let them know they had the card still. They told me "just pull up to the 2nd window". Mind you I only need my card and there are 3 vehicles between me and the 2nd window. Rather than opt to have me meet them at the door or pull into a waiting parking space and run the card out, they had me wait for all 3 patrons in front of me to settle. At this point it had been a solid 45 minutes of trying to get my card and food home. The dinner I ordered is cold at this point and I asked for either new food or a refund as I will now need a new warm option for my family to eat. Their response was "you got the food" and closed the window in my face. The irony? It was overcooked and missing 2 items. This location is a joke. I don't like to complain, especially about $20 in fast food. But my expectations are always low coming here and somehow the experience I had tonight was worse than this location had ever been able to deliver before. I wish I could leave 0 stars

BK on Federal Boulevard.I ordered food to take out the young lady behind the counter. Vanessa was very rude. A rat has a better personal than she did. Avoid going in to order your food.

Best fast food I’ve had in a while. The French fries are delicious and I had a Texas Bacon burger that was off the charts. Staff has been very friendly.

Wooow. I just ordered an whopper which cheese and bacon..not surprised when I'm checking my order .not bacon like always..but for sure they will charged for bacon. I told the fat girl my bacon is missing.. well they fixed..but when I looked my hamburger was bullied and looks nasty .so I m asked her for my refund. She's was angry and she's told me don't come back to my store.. for sure I will not buy hamburgers from burger nasty king..
