Drive thru cashier was rude, didn’t know the difference between a double cheeseburger and a double Whopper, and tried to tell me double cheeseburgers come with onions. Tried to call them when I discovered my food wasn’t made right, it took forever for them to answer and when they did they didn’t even announce the name of their business when picking up the phone. Then they hung up on me.
The employees don't seem to have any hustle or care that there are people standing in line waiting to order. I stood at the cash register for6 minutes.Waiting to order and nobody helped me.

Went in and asked for the restroom and I kept telling the manager I believe up front it was locked. She kept saying it should be open, but it wasnt.. went down the way somewhere else.. also, they don't even acknowledge you when you walk in.. I do not loke it there..

Myself and 2 others just walked out the door because they keep walking right past us and catering only to the drive thru. Ended up going to the Good Times across the street because they had no problem taking my order maybe the employees at this BK should take note. Instead of being lazy trying to only focus on one thing
