I had a terrible experience at BurgerIM off Tower Rd. My order was completely wrong, I paid for a double burger, but they only gave me a single. To make things worse, the burger patty was raw in the middle, which is completely unacceptable. I ended up feeling sick afterward. The quality control and attention to customer orders here are seriously lacking. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Breakfast burritos are great here. Came here while I was delivering and couldn't pass up the opportunity. Chef is a great guy and has a sense of humor while keeping everything professional. Can't wait to bring my family in someday

The burger was cooked to order with beef parties and toppings that were fresh and of good quality. The burger was substantial, but the patties lack flavor and for the first time I sprinkled teensy bit of salt. Had the smash burger special advertised at the register. It's just me, I don't want to rely on condiments to make my food taste good. Maybe another selection would have been better. However, it was a good choice for a layover in Denver and a brief walk from the hotel. Most people appear to carry out, but the dining space was adequate for a quick bite and offered a tray of condiments at the table, hence the salt.

Off the charts excellent & friendly advice & service to me (a first timer). My customized chicken sandwich was delicious. Eating space is clean, with wood-top tables & metal chairs, plus some counter seating. Located in a row of restaurants on Tower Road. Great place to stop on the way out of Denver Airport & I’m so glad I chose BurgerIM..!

Walked in to see one customer and zero employees. Waited a few minutes and an employee walked in from outside, mumbling something to me as they walked to the back. Waited a couple more minutes and no one came to take my order so I left.
Food was amazing ! Loved how they give tater tots instead of fries ! The burger was amazing ! Seasoned &. Cooked perfectly ! Owner was also a gentleman &. Super accommodating!

I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered a burger and fries. I went with the combo meal, which comes with fries and a drink. I asked if I could have a bottle of water instead of a fountain drink, and the cashier said yes. Then I asked about sides, and after she listed them I chose the aioli fries.
When I went to pay, I noticed there was the regular price of the combo meal plus an upcharge for the water and another upcharge for the aioli fries. No one mentioned there would be extra charges when I asked about substitutions, so that was frustrating.
By the time I added the (basically obligatory) tip, my total came to $25 for just a burger, fries, and water. The water was large, but I really just wanted a small bottle. The food itself was good, but nothing special — definitely not worth $25. Honestly, I wish I had just gone to a regular fast-food place instead.
