Burns ales is on my very short list of breweries that I take visiting beer friends. Wayne is a master brewer and their staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. Kolsch service on Sundays is one of my favorite days. Blueberry milk stout, field beer, lambics!!! So many unique styles you don't normally see in Denver.

Delicious gourmet brews and a warm and modern all-are-welcome type atmosphere. We enjoyed many 2oz tastings and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor profiles of some of the higher ABVs. They have beers in 14-20% that are outstanding! Highly recommend stopping by. This is truly a local family owned business.

Awesome little taproom. Wayne Burns is a staple of the Denver craft beer scene and he's making some top-notch, unique beers, one of which just won him a bronze medal at GABF 2024. Come here for great beer, friendly service, in a clean and comfy space.

Always love going to Burns. Very friendly bartenders. Great tasting beers. Comfy place to hang out with friends. Drink and play games.

IPA was OK and the place is nice.
The pic below was the second half pour beer they gave me. I don’t get that, she didn’t even try to fill it. $8 for 6-7 oz of beer, no thanks. Better breweries out there, not worth a second trip.

By far the best highly skilled brewer in Denver. Burns family is an adventure in Beer. Absolutely the best beer in Denver. Ancient techniques, Wayne is the Batman of Brewing. A must stop spot for beer lovers

Makes some of the best beer in Denver—all well-balanced and distinctive in a variety of styles. Haven’t had a dud yet. Relaxed atmosphere makes for a nice early evening experience.

Amazing beers, had a great time hanging out here Saturday evening. Met the brewer and his wife - terrific people. Looking forward to coming back again.

Though I made a bit of a quick stop here, this place definitely left an impression on me! My partner and I enjoyed a raspberry beer slush (I can't quite remember what was in it exactly) while relaxing in the window and people-watching and it was such a lovely way to take a break from exploring the area. The slush was tart but sweet with a great raspberry flavor and a hint of that hoppy bitterness to let you know it was boozy. The taproom itself is spacious and very welcoming and the woman that helped us was so kind, I only wish I had had more time to spend here!

Tried the "Where's my flying car" IPA. Very good. Nice place to enjoy a beverage.

Great little spot to stop in for a good cold brew. The atmosphere was fun yet relaxing at the same time and the bartender KNEW his brews and was able to give great recommendations! Definitely want to visit again when I am in Denver.

Great selection of beers for really reasonable prices. I've only been once (so far) but the staff was incredibly friendly as well. Lastly, it's in a great spot on broadway and inside has plenty of seating and space. Excited to visit again!

Great beer, friendly staff! If you don't already know Burns, this is a great new spot to get to know them. Glad they are in the neighborhood.

Great spot and great brews! The hours during the week make it a great spot to get a couple hours of work/study done in the day or grab a pint with friends while you wait for a dinner at Adelitas, Tikka & Grill or another restaurant close by. Check often-as the beers are rotated frequently. (Love small batch flavour though!)
