Fantastic experience. I always get the number 1, double, with french toast. I work nights a lot so it's hard to find a place that will prepare breakfast after noon. The service is always fantastic, the food is delicious, and it's always out quick.

I always love eating a Butcher Block Cafe. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Everything is delicious! All locations have friendly staff. They are reasonably priced for the amount and quality of food you get. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
I’ve been a loyal customer of this establishment for nearly 14 years, and I’ve always had nothing but praise for the ownership and the wonderful memories created here. However, today was a different experience. I walked in, sat down, and to my surprise, there was no acknowledgment or even a simple hello. I overheard some of the staff speaking negatively about a gentleman who had just left, right in front of other customers. After a while, I continued waiting for someone to offer coffee and take my order, but after more than 10 minutes of waiting, two other customers walked in and were immediately offered menus and greeted. Still, no one checked on me. Feeling ignored, I made the decision to leave—for the first and last time.
I’ve noticed a decline in service over the past year, but today was truly an eye-opener. It’s incredibly disappointing, and unfortunately, I will no longer be recommending this place to others. It feels like the changes in staff and newer faces may be a part of it, or perhaps it’s the first time I’ve truly felt the impact of being treated differently as a minority. Regardless, the experience left much to be desired.
