The apple strudel, made in- house, was delicious. Owners are from Europe and they know pastries. Great service and coffee. ☕️

I love this place! They have the best service and make me feel so appreciated and go out of their way to make sure everything is the way you want it. The food and drinks are great. The atmosphere is fun and nice to pop in or come and sit for a while.

Great coffee and amazing owners!
I walked in and was not aware of computer free policy. That is totally fine, but the employee decided the best time to alert me of this, was while I was on the phone in the middle of an important conversation. If employee would have waited to inform me of this (also about a 3-4 minute call for reference) I would have happily stayed, computer free.
A lovely neighborhood spot! Delicious quiche, a great array of coffee and adult beverages, and a fun vibe to connect with community or some solo reflection. Definitely recommend.

The owner is an absolute delight! Incredible pastries made by his wife. The cocktails, the drinks, the syrup/flavor options are all incredible. The danish, Carmen cake, and the apple strudel were killer. The inside decor of the cafe is well executed and thought out. Great place

Walked into Cafe Zuri before they closed and the owner was very kind to make a coffee drink despite how late it was in the day. The cafe itself had a very cool atmosphere and good selection of baked goods to eat. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a spot to hang out, co-work at, or just simply to stop by to support local!

The drinks here are solid. That said, the owner can be a bit standoffish, which throws off the vibe sometimes. Still, if you’re just here for a good cup, it delivers.

We have only lived in Denver for a short time and have already found a favorite spot in Café Zuri by meeting its wonderful owner. He loved on our three dogs and made me a great iced tea! Will be back!

This café is truly amazing—we feel so incredibly lucky to have it right here in the Highlands. We go every single week, and it’s become such a special part of our routine.
It’s a family-owned gem, and you can feel the heart behind everything they do. The owners are wonderful people—warm, genuine, and clearly dedicated to creating something special. The atmosphere is always welcoming, the food and drinks are consistently top-notch, and we get Carmen’s cake every single time—it’s irresistible! To make it even better, our dog gets treats every single time we visit. It’s those thoughtful touches that make this place feel like home. Places like this are rare. We’re so grateful it’s in our neighborhood!
Cute shop, great coffee and pastries. The staff is so friendly and kind!
really good coffee and kind and attentive owners :) i especially liked the no laptop policy, it kept the place feeling inviting and peaceful
Great little coffee + pastry shop! Owners are amazing. Def worth a stop.
A Cozy, Computer-Free Coffee Haven
Cafe Zuri is a refreshing break from the usual laptop-laden coffee spots — it's a computer-free zone, which really helps build community and encourages social interactions, so you feel like a real person and not an NPC in a cafe.
If you're looking for a place to work remotely, this isn't it. But if you're craving a warm, welcoming vibe where people actually talk to each other, you're in the right place.
Now, the coffee. Wow. Every cup here feels crafted with intention and care. I tried the rose coffee, and it was absolutely delightful — floral, fragrant, and smooth. It immediately reminded me of rose water, a beloved drink back home in India. The flavor was spot on, like sipping nostalgia in the best way.
The quality of the coffee in general is top-tier — rich, full-bodied, and clearly made from high-quality beans. You can tell they take their coffee seriously, and it pays off in every sip.
If you're in the mood to unplug and savor a really good cup, Cafe Zuri is the place to be.
