Our social club went to Restaurant Olivia in August of 2025. We had a group of around 15. I had heard so many good things about Restaurant Olivia and had so many requests for this one. Unfortunately in our experience the service didn't live up to the the experience I heard so much about. The main issue I took with our experience was that our reservation was at 7pm. With half the table arriving between 6:50-7 and already seated at the table when I (the host) got there. The last guest probably arrived around 7:10 at the latest. Our first course didn't hit the table until 7:55 almost an hour after our reservation. We had a preset menu for the evening so everything besides drinks was chosen ahead of time. Thus why it's tough for me to understand why the food took so long. As the host of the event this directly impacts my business and the way guests enjoy my events when they wait almost an hour for food unexpectedly. It was embarrassing to have guests start to ask me (the host) where the food was. I personally would not return unless it was with a small group. Overall it was a disappointing experience and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Our experience did not live up to my expectations. Maybe an off night? Servers were constantly talking loudly next to our table as if we weren’t there. Service was sub par mainly because we asked not to be rushed but then our second course came out before we finished our appetizer. Empty wine glasses sat on the table, and when our new glasses were brought out they did not take the empty glasses. Nor did the person that cleared the sorbet cups. Water glasses sat empty as a server filled water at the table next to us but didn’t bother to look at our table. Food was very good. Wine suggestion did not pair well with my ravioli. Cheesecake was outstanding. Overall it was a good experience but given the competition in this category of restaurant I will probably choose elsewhere next time.

OMG! I have had authentic Italian many, many times being married to an Italian and nothing compares to the dishes served here! Not only is the food exceptional but the service is 2nd to none!!! Atmosphere is the absolute best! If I could I would give it 10 stars ... Thank you to everyone who works there ❤️

Incredible experience at this restaurant. Tasting menu with wine pairing was really very good. Very knowledgeable sommelier and wait staff. Will definitely be back for another special occasion in the future. Very satisfying experience to be able to have such amazing food and service.

I’ll start with the negative since it was a largely positive experience. The place could certainly use some pizazz…while I get the whole “simple/clean” vibe, it just lacks personality & could use a little something for ambiance. That aside, the service was spectacular. Our waitress was so fun and nice, the sommelier was super knowledgeable and not condescending (as some can be). Speaking of wine - what a list! I also appreciated that they had other non-wine options. We did the tasting menu and the stuffed squash blossoms were Wowzers! The pasta dishes are clearly their speciality but the other items were great too-esp the tiramisu mmm mmm mmmmm.
