5/5 atmosphere5/5 service4/5 foodWe shared the burrata, the crab bisque, and egg eggplant parm. Everything was good, nothing was great. The only thing I would order again would be the burrata, but that’s hard to mess up. The crab bisque was especially disappointing. Not creamy at all and hardly any bisque? It was weird for an $18 soup. We were so excited for the eggplant and it was solid but nothing to talk about. All in all a nice experience and we would go back, but probably not anytime soon.

Restaurant Olivia is outstanding. As someone who is gluten free, I am simply stunned by how well they executed this. The first time in my life I couldn’t tell the pasta was gluten free. The service from the moment you walk in until you leave is remarkable. One of the owners, Heather was very amazing to talk to as well throughout the experience. Truly a gem, and highly recommend!

Best Italian restaurant in Denver! You can’t go wrong with any item, just don’t forget to end it with the tiramisu.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and arrived early, unfortunately there were no bar seats available for drinks so the hostess suggested a bar that was half a mile walk away.We arrived back to the restaurant at our reserved time and were seated. The restaurant was busy, the waitstaff appeared to be on auto pilot, and tried to serve as many tables as possible. It wasn't very personable, service felt rushed.I had really high expectations for this place but the food was below average, for what we paid, I don't think we plan to come back. The ravioli was slightly undercooked and had a really strong onion taste, we couldn't taste the fennel in the fennel soup, arctic char was underwhelming.Overall not a great experience, service was rushed and food was mediocre at best. It was such a shame! The raving reviews did not match our experience. So sad!

A wonderful place to eat. My dinner club had this on the list and they did not disappoint. The Spaghetti, Tagliatelle and Ravioli were all wonderful. The chopped salad was a perfect addition and their drinks are so unique. I had the Watermelon Boulevadier, a must try. The dessert was a Tiramisu and my favorite was the olive oil chocolate cake. Definitely returning! A must try!!

Easily one of the best dinners we've ever had. There was a lot of hype about Olivia - lots of folks recommended it - and it completely exceeded expectations. The best way I can describe this food is masterfully crafted. The dishes seemed simple, but every flavor was meticulously balanced. No dish had "too much" of anything. And we experienced flavors we'd never tasted before - the mark of a top tier chef in my book. The bread: Amazing. We tried 4 of the pastas - all of them were incredible. Our server Greg was a hoot! Super funny, gave us all sorts of great recommendations, and we had a great evening in part because of his service. The only bummer was our table, which faced the gas station across the street. There's nothing you can do about it though, and we saw some pups outside so that was nice. 5/5, amazing. Everyone should try Olivia if you love Italian and have a reason to go all out.

What a pleasant evening! Food and Service were great! This place is always busy, it seems, and it is a bit noisy and tables are close together. They do require a reservation deposit of $25 PP, which is refunded when you arrive. Parking was plentiful. At the server's suggestion, we tried the Good Vodka in a martini - its the house vodka and sourced from coffee fruit. Refreshing and a fun choice. Dinner salad was perfect, spaghetti was superb, as was the tiramisu. I had an onion ravioli entree, which I wouldn't pick again. Perhaps because it came out luke warm, but the server quickly made that right - it was an interesting onion soup-like creation.Truly a treat - we will bring friends with us next time!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner here. I had been wanting to try Restaurant Olivia for a while but always was procrastinating. My boyfriend took it upon himself to make us a reservation and it coincided with us moving into our first house the next day. As a celebration dinner, the food was so amazing and everything was delicious. I will definitely be back, either alone or with friends. Also, our server Phil was the best.

6 of us waited 4 weeks for our reservation with anticipation of excellence due to all the hype and coverage that this restaurant was receiving. The service was fabulous. The restaurant quiet enough for a party of 6 to enjoy each others conversation and the room was well lit with marginal ambiance. The food...appetizers were hot and tasty. We ordered the anrancini and the octopus. Both were served hot along with focaccia bread that was warm and delicious. When our entree's came everyone felt that they were served room temp and all lacked luster. I ordered the spaghetti al limone with poached prawns. My homemade spaghetti was mush the prawns were shrimp bits and it was drenched in butter. It was served room temp and had no aesthetic appeal when served. Other meal as were all confirmed to be mediocre and the diablo dish was so spicy one member of the party could not eat it. . With the price and the lack of quality, I won't be going back

Wonderful food and service which overshadows the fact that parking is a bit of a hassle....we would definitely go back.

The food here is exquisite. Everything on the menu has a distinct farm-to-table taste and texture, which is very unique for an Italian restaurant. Their menu is small, featuring a handful of thoughtfully crafted dishes prepared using what tastes like the best possible quality of ingredients. The service is impeccable as the staff executed every aspect of our experience to perfection. They even went as far as bringing us palate cleaners between courses, brought complementary champagne for our anniversary and came over to refill our drinks the second the glasses became empty. The earthiness of the tomatoes and pecorino cream in the green-colored Gemelli dish made for some unforgettable bites, we felt as if we tasted the sheep a little if that makes sense. The Culurgiones were pleasantly spicy with had some very intriguing flavors. And the Focaccia, let me tell you is probably the best bread I've ever eaten. But on the other hand the Pecorino Cheesecake is also on that 'one of the best' list given how soft it was and how great of an accompaniment the huckleberry preserves were on it. I'll say however that in the small plates, the Grilled Spanish Octopus left something to be desired. The octopus was delicious but we wish there would have been a little more on the plate for the price. Also the cocktail program is not the absolute best, as although the cocktails were strong the flavors seemed a bit muted. But those back-of-our-mind drawbacks definitely didn't detract from our experience whatsoever. There's also a comparison to be made between Olivia and Tavernetta, both similar Michelin nod-worthy establishments. The flavors I would say are a little more amplified at Tavernetta and their cocktail program wins out, but Olivia provides the better experience and that farm-to-table taste in the ingredients is unforgettable and simply can't be beat. Olivia also wins out in the desserts category for sure. The price is definitely worth it here, you really can't go wrong picking this place for your next special occasion or date night. Reservations are hard to get, but that is for good reason and the wait is certainly worth it.
