An absolute gem. I want to keep coming back for more. Diego is so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. The guacamole with added octopus chicharron was great with the hint of cilantro and pomegranate. The Queso Campesino was so good we asked for extra tortillas. The veggies with the orange glazed salmon was the complete package. Generous portion on the Pasta Baja. I’m fine paying high prices for a good steak. Chophouse steaks are high priced but you know they will be delicious. Ordered Ribeye here and it was not cooked to the temp requested but rather overcooked by one temperature. Flavor was not great. Bland. Ordered pulpo and it was way overcooked. Such a great experience with Diego! Great server and we were so impressed by all of the little touches that took it to the next level. We had a chocolate cake dessert where he basically put on a fire show for us. Food was delicious- definitely recommend the guac and truffle Mac and cheese. Salmon was so tender and cooked to perfection. The ambiance was beautiful too and we will definitely be back!
