Absolutely fantastic happy hour and service. The wine here is 10/10 and the baked goat cheese was UNREAL. Will definitely be back!!!!! Ayana, Heidi, and Noelle were all so fantastic. If you are a local or a visitor, this is a must visit for your next girls night!!!!!

Heidi Ippolito is a literal GODDESS/QUEEN of a waitress MY GOD. She is so funny, so personal, so knowledgeable. I told her the wines I was interested in, and she brought not one, not two, but three little samples for me to try. I am BEYOND satisfied. 10/10 run to Carboy. We’ll be back!!!!!!!!

The most delightful local spot - and the food is as good as the wine,, which feels rare!! The crispy salmon bowl was delicious and so so good with the Tap Rosé. Dog friendly patio and wonderful service by Heidi make it a 10/10 🔥
