Recently had our family’s rehearsal dinner for 60 people. The catering staff was great to work with and they offered a food tasting prior to our event and worked with our travel schedule. The venue was nice, the patio was great even with the rain and the food was amazing. The staff was attentive and informed us when food was running low and promptly made more. The whole evening was perfect. Every request we asked for Caitlin accommodated us…. Everyone loved the squash ravioli and cucumber crudités!!!
Great burger, happy hours, charcuterie and in house made wine. Perfect spot to chill with friends and family.
First time here - for a corporate event - and the food, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! The tapas were unique: toasted baguette and cucumber with cheese, bruschetta and jam toppings, charcuterie, etc., while the meal was served family style with a mix of roast, fish, mashed potatoes and veggies. Dessert was an individual cheesecake w/ chocolate drizzle. We had the detached room off the patio and it was a perfect venue for our group, with a dedicated server. All-in-all, it was a great experience!
A lovely spot for wine and bites! It’s hard to beat their $35 bottle and cheese/meat board happy hour deal from 3-6pm. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable about their wines (many of them crafted here in the state). It is very centrally located and has a parking lot in the back. Recommend for happy hour!
We just had our firm’s holiday party at Carboy’s tap room, and my coworkers can’t stop talking about what an amazing time they had. The venue is set-up perfectly for private events. The food was delicious and plentiful (my people’s favorites were Braised Beef Short Rib Sliders, Tempura Shrimp, and Red Snapper Tartare). The numerous wine varietals provide something for every wine drinker. The cocktails were plentiful and expertly crafted—my Manhattan drinker raved about his. The staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating. All of those things rolled into a price my execs were happy about. My colleagues are excited to return and experience Carboy with their friends. We’ll definitely be back! PS—love the free parking!
Terrible experience on 10/14/24 evening. Returned to visit this beautiful establishment (out of state) to celebrate special Bday. Arrived in the evening to start our celebration outside. When entered patio, saw few empty tables and waiter that chatted to some couple. To make sure that one small empty table was available, l patiently waited behind the brunette waiter to finish her conversation. When she finished, l politely asked her if we can sit there and grab extra chair. The waiter made a cold comment about big table in the back available. The waiter stood behind me, and started laughing and making faces behind my back in a presence of the other customers next table! It was so uncomfortable and extremely rude! As someone that grew up + worked in similar establishment, l have never encountered such a rude behavior. We finished the wine and moved to Angello's to have our dinner where our waiter Lexi was fenomenal, knowledge, and attentive. As an owner, l would want to know if my staff treat customers this way. It's very interesting that the same owner of both places has such a different service quality. What an disappointment when you travel so far to visit place you are excited about, spend $$$$ for wine, dinner and gift card, and have such an experience:/
My family and I had a great experience at Carbon. Starting by Heidi who provided exceptional service—she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and gave us fantastic recommendations! The food and wine were equally impressive. We enjoyed two bottles of Syrah from Carboy Winery, which was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. 10/10!”
Love love love these wines!
The staff was very rude. The female bartender couldn’t have been bothered helping us get seating outside while there were barely any patrons inside or out. And the waitress was busy chatting with some friends while we were trying to get one more chair to our table. The waitress was making faces at us and laughing at us with her friends. We could not believe how unprofessional she was. No wonder that the place next door was full of people and this place was empty. We will not recommend this place to anyone. Also, I have heard about This rudeness from other people. The do not have a good reputation when it comes to the staff
Beautiful spot with great wine, huge selection and wonderful service. Definitely recommend

Excellent service! They have options for the designated drivers as well as anyone who just loves a good drink with friends!
Wine was great. We also tried the ceviche and tuna sashimi, which were delicious.

Happy Hour is a great deal…unfortunately the service is nonexistent! Had to walk to the bar to pay…even though there were 3 tables total.
Great spot. Important note to dog owners, patio is not “dog-friendly” they have to be outside the patio fence so in order to get a table you must wait for one of those.
