What can I say? I love having this wine bar next door to my place. The wines are great, good food, and the chocolate pot de crème is just a little bit of heaven in a jar! I would definitely recommend Carboy Winery. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood!
Great spot to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine with friends. Their red sangria was pleasantly sour. My friend liked their slushie too, very refreshing on a hot June day.
Fries were crispy and fresh. We also liked the bison carpaccio.
My only complaint is that they didn't have any paper napkins on the tables, nor did your food come with it. It was a little unpleasant to not have that. It would've elevated the whole experience.

Recently had our family’s rehearsal dinner for 60 people. The catering staff was great to work with and they offered a food tasting prior to our event and worked with our travel schedule. The venue was nice, the patio was great even with the rain and the food was amazing. The staff was attentive and informed us when food was running low and promptly made more. The whole evening was perfect. Every request we asked for Caitlin accommodated us…. Everyone loved the squash ravioli...
