Between the small font and the fluorescent glare, it’s nearly impossible to read their menu on the overhead monitors. Cash tips only as no tap-pay. The staff and the end product are good, though.
Great service and staff. Best hot mocha coffee I have ever had and that is after hundreds if not more stores ordering it. The ONE negative was the toasted bagel.. unedible and very chewed. Hardly toasted. I tossed it and moved on.
I was a little disappointed I asked him for an extra large coffee and only got a large.I guess if that's the only complaint I have I'm lucky.

Completely unhappy with the service the line was going slow. The people didn’t seem to care the order was rude. She assumed what I wanted in my coffee as I was trying to tell her frustrated with me because she had already put that I wanted whip in my hot coffee, which I did not then when I got mine, another lady have been waiting there and they’ve given her food and coffee and scones away to somebody else so she had to wait again. Well they made it a second time and we’re rude to her and talk to her like it was her fault and not theirs. When they gave me my coffee, I had to stand there and wait for them to hand me my yogurt and when I asked about it was frustrated with me over text that I’ve been asked and by telling me oh yeah, will get it to you, so I stood there and had to wait for something they didn’t even have to make just hand me. I will not be going to this coffee again.

They gave me the wrong drink and it was $7 lol plus I tipped a dollar so $8. Def not worth it. She even asked me if I wanted whipped cream (on the blended drink) and then still gave me an iced coffee(w no whip) instead of the blended frap/cooler lol. Girllll. Using plastic cups is bad for the earth anyways I guess ? i won't be spending another $8 here

I have been to Caribou a few times now the quality of this location is on par with what I have come to but the wait times are a bit longer than normal.
The best part is they open so early! The drinks came out promptly, decent enough for airport beverages !
My family and I were at DIA March when I stopped in with a few minutes before my flight boarded. When I got to the register I to place my order I told the person ringing my order in that I had less than 5 minutes and asked if he was confident that I would get my order. I was told I would in less than 5 based on the orders. I stood off to the side, my order was ready in the blender and the clerk was working on orders that were taken after mine. As they sat there my flight got called for boarding. I asked the person if they could put mine in cups so that I could go. She huffed and continued finishing the other order and then grabbed cups and poured mine. She then placed dome lids on them and started to look for whip cream. I told her that I did not have time for that. She then took the dome lids off and started to walk off. I asked what she was doing and she said she needed to put the other kind of lid on it. I had to walk off. This was a waste of about 20.00 and they just plain did not care about their customer. I am frequently traveling in and out of Denver and would tell EVERYONE to go elsewhere. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered the iced matcha vanilla latte ($6.90 large) and it’s very tasty. Not too sweet! By the way, they open at 4am. I was the first one to order and it took less than 3 minutes wait!
Ordered 2 London Fogs with oat milk and they don’t know what it is. They basically put 90% hot water with 10% oat milk and no vanilla syrup and $18. I’m not upset about the price but when you’re paying through the nose for something at least know what the heck you’re doing. What a rip, avoid this place. 0/10
Not open during hours of operation. Supposedly opens at 4 am but the lone employee told a whole line of people that they open at 4:30 instead.
my latte tastes like pretzel sticks and everyone thought my name was Molly
This is the wait line at Caribou Coffee, but definitely worth it. Last time I had Caribou Coffee was in Washington DC. Great quality coffee at affordable prices for the traveler. There's an assortment of coffee and non-coffee products available, including breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Thank God for coffee.
