Associate was great. Friendly and personable. My friend chose her breakfast sandwich and I decided on a hot chocolate. The place is clean and has stand up tables to wait at. Everything would be perfect if the hot chocolate was good. It wasn't. Not a lot of chocolate at all and lack of taste. Well maybe next time.

This place was at the airport. I love how they have a lot of different and unique flavors. The coffee was nice and hot. This is a chain restaurant so the coffee itself was just okay.
I just got done devouring the apricot almond scone with a large coffee, and I am so glad I had waited from SA to get my coffee. Full robust flavor to the coffee and perfect balance of sweet in the scone. Only bummer is I'm not flying through here on the way home.

Five star service from the happy man. 1 star for the worst scone I have ever had. Apricot almond, and tasted like neither. Dry and crumbly, clearly not fresh. Lack of English breakfast tea is a huge fail as well.
