It's alright. I always appreciate the coffee from Caribou, but this one hit a bit different than the others and not in a great way. The pastry I had was quite dry as well. It's also in an airport, so take this with a grain of salt!

Service? Poor. Can’t believe I have to write a review about a place opening on time in an airport where time is of the essence. Super disappointed that the employee ignored the line at 430. If you don’t open then, please don’t have a sign starting otherwise.

Yikes! The egregiously unwelcoming employees behaved as if we customers were putting them out by walking up to the counter to order. Be prepared to be ignored and to be snapped at for asking a question. The employees didn’t hurt the coffee quality though (I still tipped them!). Very good drinks! [This location received my order and my money between 11:00am-11:15am Mountain time on Saturday, June 10, 2023.]

Airport shop location, line hasn't been very long and staff is fast, kind and accurate with my order. Usually, I order a green matcha latte tea.

Fast service, clean store, and good iced coffee. The employee at the register was nice and helpful, but the others could curse less in their very audible personal conversation when customers are nearby.
Asked if they could make a pour over coffee. Guy at the register responded that they can. I asked for a pour over with their lightest roast. After paying, I received a cup of the already brewed drip coffee. Oh well.

Very Bad experience - Went to the Carabou Coffee in Concourse C today at 4:10 to purchase two bags of coffee to take home. It was closed for break the workers sitting inside said 20 min. Went back 25 min still closed. Went back again 40 min later and the girl said she was not open and it will be another 10 min. I left and will never go back to another Carabou Coffee hose.
