I like Carls jr but the app is terrible. Many times my delivery has not arrived and I haven't been refunded. Just go to the restaurant

Food was great however it seems like possibly some of them need to be retrained on how to handle promo codes. The app clearly has an option for them to scan a QR code and they kept insisting that it was impossible to do. Other locations have had zero issues with this. Perhaps it’s an issue with the app or something, not sure.
