I’ve been coming to Carl’s Jr. a lot over the past two weeks, and every visit has been EXCELLENT! The staff is friendly, service is quick, and my order has been right every single time. The food is always fresh and hot, definitely a reliable spot.

Horrible horrible experience. The employees are rude. They’re not helpful at all. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The employee really didn’t want to take my order because I didn’t have the app. Then the employee refused to give me her name. Then I was gonna download the app, but it was a 40 minute download. The employee did nothing help me. Horrible experience definitely won’t be going back again.

the guacamole burger gave me food poisining yesterday. i couldnt stop going to the bathroom and kept throwing up. this place needs to review their food safety and hygenic standards.

Great customer service! Isai was friendly, polite, and professional. The food was prepared perfectly and was cooked fresh. I also really like that they have the old school soda fountain machine here. The atmosphere was good but could use updating. Overall my experience was great and I truly appreciate you all taking pride in your work. Thank you!

Daniel and his team are incredible. This is an all-star place. I have never seen such respect/kindness in any fast food restaurant. This is what we need all across America. All I can say is WOW. Think I'm wrong, see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
