Great customer service! Isai was friendly, polite, and professional. The food was prepared perfectly and was cooked fresh. I also really like that they have the old school soda fountain machine here. The atmosphere was good but could use updating. Overall my experience was great and I truly appreciate you all taking pride in your work. Thank you!

Daniel and his team are incredible. This is an all-star place. I have never seen such respect/kindness in any fast food restaurant. This is what we need all across America. All I can say is WOW. Think I'm wrong, see for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

I appreciated that they were open late but they either completely fumbled my Charbroiled Chicken Club OR the recipe changed (which i doubt). Service was quick fresh and nice though
Get the crunch wrap Supreme usually, and i ask for chicken. Pay extra, but lately, it seems to be 50/50 if I have beef or chicken when I get home. If I didn't have to pay extra, I probably wouldn't care as much. I enjoy the food in general, though. Getting old, asking me to pull around the building, and they'll bring me my food to the car. They just want to make their time look better than it is.
I'm biased because I loved carls jr since I was a kid. The reason I give this place a 5 star is because when I set up order pick up, they actually start making the food so when I show up it's ready unlike bullcrap mcdonald's that makes me park even though I order 10 mins ago

This is our third time having an issue here. They never honor my rewards. The last rime we went we ordered a large cheese popper, which is 9- we got 5. When you try to call, it's a disconnected number!

Asked the employee taking orders for a famous star with no ketchup to which he rudely shouted that it doesn't come with that. When the employee handed the card back he rudely shoved his hand out and dropped it before I could put my hand out. He made another employee hand me my food after slamming the window. When I arrived home, I opened the burger only to see it was DROWNING in ketchup. I've usually liked this store but this experience was so unbelievably sour and ridiculous.
