I had a graduation party there and from making the reservation to having the party I was given so much attitude from the hostess and the two waitresses. I had so many guests complain to me how much attitude they were given from the snotty comments to the eye rolling. The food was amazing and everyone agreed but when I called to make this reservation weeks ago they could have said they couldn't accommodate us. I had over 20 people that came and this was supposed to be a fun night. It wasn't all that awful but I definitely could have done without the attitude. This hasn't been the first time that we've been in there that we've been thrown so much attitude. I can forgive bad service but a snotty attitude is something I will not put up with. They just lost several regulars. I have never been so disappointed with something in all my years of going out to eat.

We go here about once a week or so, without question this is the best Italian food in Denver.
It’s quaint and cute. The pizza was good but the service is not great. I won’t assume it was intentional but they seem very distracted with each other and (perhaps) regulars.

I just called to order chicken parm. I asked the woman if it came with spaghetti, she said no then said I could get a kids spaghetti. I did that then hung up. She called me back saying kids spaghetti can’t be ordered for take out but I could order a pint or quart. I agreed to buy a pint then hung up. Turns out the chicken parm does come with spaghetti so I paid an additional $10 for a pint for no reason. I wanted to give this place a shot since I live right behind them, but after this experience I won’t be back again.

The food quality and quantity has gone down significantly for the last few years. The portions have gotten smaller the spaghetti sauce tastes bad and the sausage is a hit or miss. It’s too inconsistent and I’m not willing to spend my money where it’s not consistent..
