Normally I am not one to write reviews for restaurants even the bad ones unless it is exceptionally bad. I was very excited to try carne but everything continued to go downhill to the point it was comical. Typically most people would find a bad restaurant to use an overwhelming amount of salt but not here every dish was void of salt and flavor. Two different steaks were ordered one medium rare the other medium. What came out was blue and medium rare. For a place literally called meat you would think they could cook steaks to temp requested. Cheap cuts of meat zhuzhed up to appear fancy. The penne vodka was worse than noodles served at a public school free lunch just clay with tomato water. Olive garden would put it to shame. The potatoes were just starch and warm milk with a few green chilies thrown in. The service was good and the cocktails were solid. Definitely a place hyped up by and for Denver socialites however like a lot of restaurants in Denver once the hype dies it will cease to exist as the food holds no merit. To round out the evening the desert requested had run dry so a brownie with ice cream was brought out. I thought who could mess that up. What was brought out was something akin to a cosmic brownie with the cheapest ice cream one could find. It looked like my dog had defecated on the plate when she has an upset tummy. Normally I would leave this be and chalk it up to a bad meal. But at the cost of dining at this restaurant hopefully I can save people from a similar experience.

Our waitress, Dani, was incredible! Very friendly and on top of our order. The Brazilian Picanha was perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We also loved their chimichurri. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing experience!!! I was hosting a bachelorette for over 10 girls and the moment we got there the service was perfect! We sat up in the mezzanine which is a vibe all on its own. The food was absolutely incredible!!! The Brazilian steak 🔥The staff TRULY went above and beyond and everyone loved every moment of it! Can't recommend this place enough!

We made reservations and were initially sat at a 2 top table between two other tables. It was quite loud so we asked to sit at the bar. It was a great move. It was our first time at the restaurant and we were given a complimentary cheese appetizer from the kitchen. This was soooo good, I could eat a whole plate of them. Might have to say it’s my first time again the next time I go. 😂 I will also be dreaming about the mushroom risotto! The standout of the night was our bartender Shanna! The drinks were amazing and the service was outstanding! Shanna was passionate about her job and we were so glad we opted to sit at the bar.

Uninspired. I think they’re going for a hip steak/ meat spot but falls flat in my opinion. Korean BBQ was dry and sauce nothing special. Veal was excellent and NY strip was very good. Rest of the menu just didn’t stand out. Value for price would probably put them closer to two stars.
And a note on Wagyu: I’ve been eating the US stuff happily until I had a recent comparison to actual Japanese Wagyu. They are not comparable! Japanese stuff is like a different meat and WAY better. Not this places fault but now I kinda feel scammed when high end meat joints try to sell me the American version instead of offering the really good Japanese original.
Came in to celebrate my birthday the other night with a group of friends and we had the best time! The staff were extremely kind, accommodating, and fun! Our server Zach C. went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I haven’t had great service and great food like this in a LONG time. If you’re looking to celebrate, definitely place your trust in Carne! You will NOT be disappointed!

Went to this steakhouse with my girl and it was amazing from start to finish. The steaks were cooked perfectly, great flavor, and the sides and drinks were just as good. The atmosphere was classy but still comfortable — perfect for a date night. Service was on point and made the whole experience even better.
If you’re an Amex platinum member and use your dining/restaurant credit, this is definitely a solid choice. Great spot to actually enjoy the benefit while having a top-tier meal. Would 100% come back

Horrible experience. My wife and I made reservations at this restaurant and we had the confirmation receipt from Their website and they would not honor them. Not very happy about having to find a other restaurant on a busy Saturday night. Not cool.
