steakhouse of the world,” and honestly? That’s exactly what it feels like—warm, welcoming, and full of flavor. You can roll in for happy hour, dinner, birthdays, or even just a random Tuesday and feel right at home.

We came in to check out the new summer menu and were seriously impressed. Highlights for me:
• Argentinian Bife de Chorizo – perfectly seasoned and grilled, served with a smoky romesco.
• Burrata – creamy and dreamy with heirloom tomatoes and avocado mousse.
• Roasted Seasonal Veggies – surprisingly one of my faves (needed that balance after all the meat!)
• Green Chile Queso on the happy hour menu—yes, yes, YES.

They also had an Australian Wagyu special that absolutely delivered.

The service was fantastic, the cocktails were great, and the food was memorable across the board. Carne is officially on my go-to dinner list. 🔥

Me and my wife celebrated my birthday here Saturday night. The food was outstanding. The vibe and atmosphere were great. The special was Australian Waygu and it may be the best steak we’ve ever had. And our service was exceptional. Dani and Lundyn were top notch. Overall, it was outstanding. It may be my new favorite restaurant ever. Very well done.

Usually I'd give a much more detailed review with pictures but this experience was lack luster so I feel the review comes along with it.

Honestly the food was great, if youre willing to pay high end prices for really good food but a totally unstellar experience this is the place for you. We sat at the bar , got ignored for the most part but taken care of . Drinks were good , food was good. 200$ for a couple entrees with one side and a couple drinks each . Not super impressed all in all. May or may not come back.

The lovely Mrs. Mehterian and I celebrated our anniversary in RiNo at Dana Rodriguez's contemporary meat-ery, Carne' 🍾.
We mentioned the occasion of our reservation and were excited to meet several of Dana's team who took the time to acknowledge us at our table. We felt welcomed and elevated. The manager Eric took a moment from his duties to introduce himself, learn our names and extend his heartfelt congratulations.
If you go ask to be seated with Jess. She is an extraordinary member of Dana's team and made navigating the menue effortless and exponentially rewarding.
I like Rino a lot. It's Denver's art district, every corner is an excercise in creativity; from the food, boutique stores, murals and graffiti. I was stoked to see a bunch walls transformed since last time I was there. Kevin Lyfr and Chris Haven's tags were everywhere.
Shepard's how-hum mural is still up and unscathed.
Boo!
All in all it was a beautiful evening, surrounded by the things I love.

Great experience here. Bar tender served us a complementary glass of champagne when they found out it was our anniversary. Great cocktails. Food was amazing, and their interactive wine selection process was cool and different. Wine options were small but really good. Great value for gourmet food and a great experience. Shout out to Maddie and Eric who made our experience awesome and memorable!

Prepare to take food home with you because the portions are huge. We'll be coming back.

Great vibes, staff and most importantly, food. Lamb was my favorite meat pause.

The steak was not cooked correctly. I had asked for a medium well steak and the steak came out well done. I was told that I wasn’t going to be worry about the steak but still got charged for a steak that I didn’t even eat. The potatoes with the Caesar salad was okay but overall very overpriced and not worth the dollars. Definitely will not be back

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a restaurant. The vibe was warm and stylish, and it was clear that the entire staff genuinely enjoyed being there, which, to me, makes all the difference in the world.

Our server recommended the Hawaiian Blue cocktail, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint—tropical, refreshing, and dangerously delicious. My friend and I shared the Mexican shrimp cocktail (divine), the bread service (because who doesn’t love bread?), the provoleta (hello, melted cheese heaven), and the green chili cheese potatoes (comfort food perfection). Every bite was incredibly flavorful, and this is coming from someone who's dined at some of the finest spots in NYC.

A special shoutout goes to our server, Dani Champagne, yes, that’s her real name, and yes, she’s as fabulous as it sounds. She was attentive, menu-savvy, and had the kind of personality that made our whole evening even better.

All in all, this place knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t recommend it more, go hungry and thank me later!

If you’re looking for a standout dining experience in Denver that combines bold flavors, an upscale yet approachable atmosphere, and genuinely exceptional service, look no further than Carne Rino. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a vibrant ambiance that’s both warm and modern. Whether you’re here for a date night, a celebration, or just treating yourself to something special, Carne Rino delivers on all fronts.

The first thing that hits you is the scent from the kitchen—smoky, savory, and undeniably appetizing. The menu is a meat lover’s dream, with expertly prepared cuts that showcase a real respect for quality ingredients. The ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection—charred just right on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and seasoned with a masterful touch. The house chimichurri added a zesty punch that elevated every bite. We also tried the short rib, which fell apart with the touch of a fork and came with a rich, deeply flavored reduction.

But what really turned a great meal into a phenomenal night was Maddi, the bartender. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly engaging. Maddi took the time to ask about our preferences before recommending a cocktail that turned out to be a new favorite—the kind of drink that you remember long after the glass is empty. Her balance of professionalism and friendly charm made us feel instantly at home.

It’s rare to find someone who’s not only great at their job but clearly loves what they do. Maddi’s enthusiasm for the menu, her attention to detail, and her ability to read the room and tailor the experience made her a true standout. Even as the bar filled up, she never missed a beat—every guest around us was getting the same high level of care and attention. That kind of consistency is no accident; it speaks to the culture of service that Carne Rino seems to embody.

We ended our night with the chocolate torte, which was decadent without being overly sweet, and paired beautifully with an espresso martini Maddi recommended. I’m still dreaming about both.

Carne Rino doesn’t just serve incredible food—it creates a complete experience. And with people like Maddi behind the bar, you’re guaranteed to have a night that’s as memorable for the hospitality as it is for the cuisine.

Denver is lucky to have this gem. We’ll be back again—and again.
