I ordered flautas, which were over-cooked. The cook or the manager dismissed my complaint and said that they were deep fried, as if I didn't know what a flauta was supposed to taste like. They ended up taking my plate away and not charging us. The rice and beans were really tasty, and I would have preferred to have the flautas replaced with something else. My partner's burrito was excellent.I don't complain often, but when I do, I expect to be taken seriously.My partner was upset at his attitude and said we were never coming back even though I was willing because the other food was good.DON'T ORDER THE FLAUTAS. DON'T EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE KITCHEN!

I'm a truck drive and enjoy Mexican food. Casa Don Juan is far and away the best Mexican restaurant in the country. Stop in everytime I'm in Denver.. Great he is open on Sundays now..

Great place in the middle of a slower neighborhood. Solid prices for amazing food. Our entire shop goes here all the time for lunch, tacos and chili relleno are some other favorites from the rest of us. Good service and quick too. Highly

The restaurant has a nice and clean atmosphere. The server was nice too. The food I gave two stars. I ordered a smother bean burrito and the green chili is very peppery. Not to my liking. My husband ordered smothered chicken flautas which turned out to be skinny taquitos. Not flautas and not smothered. I took a bite of one and it tasted fishy. Not sure if the oil is used for fish too. If they changed their green chili and deep fry oil I would come back and give another try.

I used to work here, and yes i’m using a fake name because “juan” the owner (that is the name he uses although that is not his name will find a away to get revenge. He says he has the finest maricos but Juan why don’t you tell everyone you chance the tags in the boxes and get the cheapest maricos.

This place is tucked away so you might have to zoom in on a map or drive off the road to an area you might not normally go to. But I assure you it's well worth it. Of the over saturation of Mexican restaurants in northern Denver, this place is the bomb. 10/10 would bring my family to come and eat here when they're in town.

Brought the family here for my boyfriend's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Awesome chips and salsa, the shrimp and fish fajitas were delicious. The micheladas were also quality. Overall we were super satisfied
