I ordered chicken fajitas. First, the fajitas did not come out sizzling red flag. Second, my rice was cold, no big deal. I mentioned it to the waiter. I did not send it back. However, my chichen and veggies were charred. I wanted the same meal replaced without the charred extras. A young man walks to the table with my plate, starts to point out why I sent it back, and the food wasn't not overcooked.At this point, I definitely dont want the original plate back. I stated, "I still wanted the meal, just replaced correctly." He left and came to the table to say I could redo it, but you're going to have to pay for both. BLANKSTARE!!! I don't want any of it. Instead of replacing it to get paid, they would rather not receive anything for a minor fix. Nope, I do not recommend this establishment.

I visited this place for dinner, the food was very good, the place was very nice, only the service was terrible. The waitress who served us was not attentive at all. She served us the food in a bad way. We waited and she was putting on makeup at a table that was near the kitchen, a mistake. of respect for all clients, apparently she was a Colombian.

We all had an AMAZING experience here. Eric our bartender made the whole experience here so great. He was so friendly, hilarious and provided OUTSTANDING service to all of us. He knew what we wanted after meeting him one night and had great conversation. Made our stay in Denver that much better! We definitely will come back here again when we visit next:)
Owner seems like a good man. Place is going to advance soon and become more popular after construction.

Overall I thought it was better than my grandmother used to make, she was Norwegian. (They eat fermented fish for breakfast.) I loved the beans. The Pollo Asado plate was more than enough to eat and very good. The wait staff were excellent!
