Received the wrong order and Cava provides no way to correct the situation. They require an order ID to report a wrong order but do not supply an order ID on their receipt. There is no way to contact them by phone so if your order is incorrect then you are out of luck and money.

The most bizarre experience I’ve had at a fast casual restaurant. They switched out gloves multiples times for one order (most of the time when food wasn’t even touched) and no one had a station so people were walking around doing random things. It took 30 min to get our food. They probably used 50 pairs of gloves while we were waiting.

We love cava and the staff were very kind and helpful, but with online orders and with the few people inside 3 staff members cannot run the entire store. They did everything they could to accommodate us and were happy to help but clearly the store is being run understaffed and they simply cannot meet such high demand with 3 people running the show. They were out of a lot due to a single person running the back kitchen and the two putting orders together were doing an insane amount of tasks to just try and meet demands.

I have always loved cava, but this location is my favorite! The employees that work there (specifically the ones working around 3-4pm on 1/3) are so kind and incredible. They are accommodating and always make sure I am 110% satisfies with my meal every time!
Always love Cava! Tried this location for the first time and staff were all really friendly despite the long line and busy lunch rush. Food was all so fresh and delicious and Jacob at the register was very kind. Thank you will be back!
