Y'all, this is going to be "my new spot." It's so delicious, the portions are plentiful and the workers are always so nice. I want to give a major shoutout to one of the workers but I didn't catch their name, but they've made my experience excellent every time I've been there. I cannot express how much I love this place. If you're debating it, debate no longer, because you'll also fall in love. Already looking forward to going back again ?.

I didn't know what to order as I have never had Mediterranean food but one of the servers Jake was awesome and very helpful even made me a pita the way he makes his and was it was absolutely the best food I had all year. Red pepper humus with spicy and grilled chicken pita 10/10??

The Asian looking man with the blue hair wrap was extremely kind and helpful. 100% someone you’d want as the face of an excellent source of food. Love this place and this location. Really changed my attitude for the day. :)

This was the dirtiest location I’ve been at. There was food everywhereeeee to the point it looked like there was a food fight behind the glass food separating. There was food mixing in the square containers where they served food. The person who served me was so unprofessional. There were multiple areas where chairs were blocking sitting areas. The portion serving was limited. The employees seem so unhappy. This was at night

I want to take a moment to highlight two workers in particular. Jake and kareem, treated my fiancé and I with so much care today and made our Sunday afternoon. They are the epitome of what cava seeks to represent.

Usually I go to the location on 8th and Colorado which is always great. This location on Colorado and Evans was like a totally different place, terrible service, the kid working the front line was literally taking chicken from what he was serving and eating it in front of everybody in line without changing his gloves or even trying to be discreet. Absolutely disgusting, watched him put his gloved fingers in his mouth at least six times while waiting in line. The portions were not up to par with other locations I’ve been to. My biggest complaint is that this kid even had a job here should absolutely be fired. DONT GO HERE, so gross
The kid behind the counter was literally eating pieces of chicken while making peoples food. He was so nonchalant about it as if it was totally normal and okay. This is absolutely disgusting and a huge health code violation. Makes me wonder what they are doing behind the scenes if this is how their front of house employees behave. Definitely will not be back to this location.

My first time here, and I must say Chicken and rightrice bowl was delicious.But the servers were not covering their hair or their facial hair - I believe it’s a must in place like this when they all hovering above the food they serve.
