Horrible-FIX THIS PLACE. Waited an HOUR for an online order. Wanted to cancel and get my money back and go to Chipotle. They said NO. Finally got order and it was WRONG. Only gave me half the order. Fix this or close it down. No management or anyone in charge.

What an absolute pleasure it was to dine at this CAVA at the 16th St. mall in Denver.
The customer service was top notch, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different options and ingredients. My build your own bowl was fresh and delicious - I’ll be dreaming about the lamb meatballs, falafel, and garlic dressing for years to come.
Tristan and all of the staff were extremely helpful. Wish I could eat lunch here multiple times a week.

I had a fantastic experience here! While walking around downtown looking for a place to eat, I stumbled upon this spot and couldn't have been happier. One staff member, in particular, stood out—they were incredibly welcoming, had a great attitude, and went above and beyond to help us choose from the menu. The food was also excellent, making it a memorable visit overall. I'd recommend and I would go again.

The food is late on the past dozen or so times I've ordered from here and not by just a little bit. Late a few times would be A-Okay, Okey dokey, no worries. But it being late so consistently so many times in a row means there's something wrong with the process and hopefully this review lets management know. Putting more people on the shifts will benefit customers, staff, and management.

Firstly, the service was phenomenal. I was blown away by the kindness and the consideration of the guy who served us. Older gentleman, not too sure his name. He ran us through everything and have us some amazing suggestions (and a couple freebies). I couldn’t be more grateful for his generosity and kindness. The food was delicious. Super healthy and full of flavor. Totally would recommend to anyone. I love how fresh and tasty everything was too! Shop was very quiet when we went but that didn’t matter too much. Nothing the store can do about that.
Vegetarian options: Falafel, lots of veggies, rice, greens and a bunch of veggie toppings

I frequent this location pretty often, and Tony and Mariah keep me coming back. The staff are incredibly friendly and assist me with pairing different ingredients and sauces in my bowls without judgement. The service here is truly incredible and it’s indicative of a staff that actually cares about their customers. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in town.
