Worst Cava I have been to. They close at 10:30pm and I went to get food at 9:35pm and they didn’t have ANYTHING. Not even rice. So I made my own pita and I thought they were making more in the back, but the girl just kept saying “we are out” “we don’t have anymore” they didn’t even have tzatziki sauce or spread. They only had like 6 condiments out and when I asked for avocado, she said they had no more. How do y’all not have anymore?! And when I looked at the cooks, they were just mopping the place up. At the end I just had to laugh because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. A whole hour left and y’all can’t make anymore? Worst $31 spent. I went home and ate the pita and gagged because I took leftover food is what it tasted like so I just threw it away. Not ever coming back to this location. Sad sad place. If you don’t wanna work, then stay home.

I placed an online order for three bowls, one of which was a braised lamb bowl that included an upcharge for the selected protein. Although I paid the additional cost, I never received the lamb bowl. The order sticker clearly listed the correct protein and items I selected online, yet the bowl itself was missing entirely.
It’s extremely frustrating to place a to-go order, pay extra for a specific item, and then not receive it at all. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is very disappointing.
Paid extra for something I never received. Don’t recommend doing online orders!!!

They need to work better on putting all ingredients as it was mentioned in online orders. I miss a lot of them. Before 6 month they did big portions, I could eat twice, but now its less 30% and no meat. Also food after 4 PM doesn't taste fresh at all. I am disappointed as I loved that biz before.
