Though we were the last customers and the shift was tired and ready to go home, Michael and his team served us with the best customer service ever! We felt catered to like we were ar a sit down restaurant. Being my first time there I was impressed with how fresh and tasty our meal.was. I am a CAVA lover now! I hope they build one in Lakewood so I can dine there more! I am hooked thanks to Michael and his team!

SUCH good bowls. everything is always fresh. their harissa avocado is such a staple i get it nearly every time. the manager drew is super nice & everyone was kind, just not super outgoing. 100% recommend if you haven’t tried! 😊

This is one my favorite CAVA locations, the food is always fresh and tasty. Portions are generous and the staff is kind, especially Michael who went above and beyond to provide great customer service!
The food was great but the music was a little too loud to talk to the employees across the counter to order. It made the process a little frustrating.

Delicious food with a side of rage-inducing-inconvenience. I was excited to give Cava a try. I work nearby and decided today was the day. Since they had a digital pickup lane I ordered via the app and a short time later I got a text that my order would be ready at 12:18. That’s where it went off the rails. I arrived and sat in the pickup line not moving behind 3 other cars. By 12:30 we were finally moving. While in line I even got a text telling me my order was ready while sitting in line. By 12:35 I was at the window where I could see my order, but waited while employees never acknowledged me and kept assembling other orders. By 12:42 I finally had my order in hand… almost a half hour after it was supposed to be ready.
It was delicious, but clearly they still have a lot to figure out. I’ll be avoiding for now and see if they can get their process figured out.
