A very good bakery and while fairly limited what they have is well executed. Its just a counter and you take your baked goods back to your place, so no atmosphere at all. Staff is friendly, if you speak Vietnamese or Cantonese they'll be more chatty with you.

Really wanted to like this bakery bc of the reviews but when I went thru my goodies, half the order was wrong, even when I pointed out what I wanted and saw the gal working get the items with her tongs—so idk how that happened. Bummer.

The bai, siomai, donut and the lotus pastry with egg is to die for... The flavors and texture are spot on, not too salty nor sweet... Will be back for more...

Great little Chinese bakery in the far east center. The crystal shrimp dumplings have big bouncy pieces of shrimp and a great subtle nuttiness from the sesame oil. The footballs and baked bbq pork buns are stellar as well but the star of the show is their roast pork belly. Get some pastries as a treat right now and some roast pork for later!

I have been going here since I was young with my mother. We are Vietnamese and everything here is the best. The sesame ball filling is homemade. The roasted pork better than anywhere else. Just heaven.

liar and cheaterI purchased some mooncakes from this store. Before I made the purchase, I specifically asked if the mooncakes were freshly made in-store. And the owner firmly confirmed yes. However, a few days later, I found the exactly same mooncakes at costco, which are actually imported from taiwan. My guess is this store sourced the lotus mooncakes from costco, take them out of the original retail box, and sell them under its 'homemade' label. The secret: 4 mooncakes cost ~ $15 at costco, this store sells them at $7 or $8 each.

While I was in this establishment, I witnessed the verbal abuse of an older white male employee in front of the customers. I also witnessed him being pushed aside. As well as the female employee telling her customers that he is slow. This isn't the first time I have witnessed this.
