Wowwwww. So glad I finally got to try this place. Food is outstanding, service is friendly and seamless, music is fun, and the decor is perfectly kitsch. Will definitely be back.

Will be coming here again and again for the breakfast carbonara and the immaculate drag
The vibe here is the reason to come for sure. I’d like to come back for brunch because we didn’t find the dinner to be that great. We came as a group and ordered a bit of everything. Nothing was really mind blowing & the portions were pretty small considering the prices. Usually if I eat my whole serving pasta I’m stuffed to the point of nausea but I had mine on top of an app and desert and was still somewhat hungry (I’m a 120lb female for anyone reading assuming I’m just a big eater). Our server was very attentive & nice. I would say beyond the food just being ok, the other disappointing thing was getting nothing comp’d. We had a big group, we all ordered multiple drinks on top of a bottle of champagne, entrees, apps and deserts for everyone & they didn’t give my sister even a tiny shot for free for her 40th. I know businesses aren’t required to do anything but when we spent as much as we did, it seems they certainly could have done something.

This was such a great experience.
The restaurant is gorgeous and so warm and welcoming.
The food was 10/10
The mortadella tower was great, the mortadella was salty and delicious and the pickles were perfect. Elevated after school snack vibe.
The Caesar salad was a huge hit for the table. Amazing flavor, perfectly dressed, and the lightest crispiest croutons.
The kimchi grilled cheese with fries and tiger sauce is something I will crave. The tiger sauce was phenomenal.
The caviar was yummy and beautifully presented.
The service was incredible. Tamra (I believe) was attentive and took care of us. She went above and beyond. I don’t live here but will definitely make a point to come again on my next visit.

Champagne Tiger is exactly the kind of place you hope becomes your spot the first time you walk in.
We’ve been for both brunch and drag brunch, and while the atmosphere is always vibrant, drag brunch (first Sunday of the month) is downright electric—joyful, high-energy, and unapologetically fun without tipping into chaos.
The staff deserves real credit: attentive, warm, and fully engaged without a hint of pretension. They strike that rare balance of making you feel taken care of while still letting the experience breathe. Attitude reflects leadership and you’re likely see the owner, Chris, working the floor with an ease and an innate joy.
The menu is immaculately curated. The food is straightforward yet quietly complex—clean flavors, thoughtful execution, nothing trying too hard, and nothing phoning it in.
The space itself is a standout: a mid-century homage that feels like an Eames house collided (in the best way) with a classic diner. Retro, confident, and fresh all at once—timeless without feeling nostalgic.
This is exactly where you want to be a regular. The place you bring out-of-town guests to show off Denver. Honestly? Bring the in-town ones too.

Have been a couple times now with my wife and this place is awesome! The atmosphere and hospitality immediately make you feel like home. We've tried different dishes both times and honestly everything has been wonderful. Next time we're doing Sunday Brunch!

Really slow and in attentive services. Recipes didn't make much sense and portion sizes were brutally small.
