I have never been disappointed with a sandwich from the hut, ever. Between both colfax locations, their flexible hours and good prices, they are consistent with quality every time. I appreciate that and i love whatever i order, every time.

Cheba Hut is a pretty cool place! I had never heard of it until visiting CO. The sandwiches are inspired by some pretty prominent "herbs" if you know what I mean. My sandwich The La Canna did not disappoint. It may look small, but it was actually filling. I love a good Italian style sub. I'm glad I found out about this chain because I will be visiting them again. They are worth a try.

Cheba hut is by far the best sandwich shop around. A little on the pricey side, but great food. After discovering this place I will no longer order from subway. Also they have a bar that you can sit at while enjoying your food, you can also have a drink if you wish.
