Food is good but you will easily overstay your welcome. This happens if you get an early reservation, for example 4:45 on a Friday or Saturday night. By 6:45 a manager will stop by to ask if you need anything and remind you they have later reservations they need to seat. It's happened to me more than once. Prices are also higher than they should be so watch what you order if you want to keep it below a hundred dollars PER PERSON for dinner

First off let me preface my review by saying I reside in Phoenix but travel the entire west for work. Hillstone restaurants are my favorite and I’ve been to the two locations in Arizona, three in California and two in Colorado. I usually get the French dip since they always make an amazing sandwich. Today I ate here for the first time and I was disappointed with my sandwich. The bread was over dry, not a lot of meat in the sandwich and I essentially got little pieces instead of full size fries. While the sandwich was disappointing the service and ambiance was top notch like every other Hillstone restaurant. I’m hoping to give this restaurant another try on my next visit to the area.

My wife and I came here for date night and had a wonderful experience! We don’t have to wait too long after our reservation and we got a great booth along the outer edge of the restaurant. The service was something to be desired although in fairness they were very busy that night. Highly recommend you start with the Grilled Artichokes! They had great flavor and it came with three good sized artichoke halves. I had a hard time decided on dinner as there were so many things that looked good. My wife ended up ordering the Emerald Kale and Rotisserie Chicken salad and I ordered the Ding’s Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich was out of this world! The flavor was impeccable and the portion was perfect. My wife also had great things to say about her salad! We didn’t save enough room for dessert but we already can’t wait to come back again!Parking: There is a small (free) parking lot behind the restaurant if you can find a spot. Otherwise you’re stuck trying to find parking along the street.

The Beef Ribs are so good, fall off the bone, flame grilled and the mustard bbq sauce is unexpectedly tasty. Atmosphere is very posh and nice to enjoy once in a while.

It is pretty dark when you walk in and because it is so busy/popular, it was a little crowded in the entrance way. It has been cold out, but they had space heaters in a few locations so it was a bit toasty in there. We got the deviled eggs, cornbread, ribs and the pork chop. I would prefer the eggs over cornbread in the future. We both loved our entrees and would order again. Pork chop was huge serving and very juicy. The ribs really were "fork and knife." Overall, it was a solid meal but don't know if there was anything super unique that would make me go back before going to try out somewhere new in cherry creek.
