Upsetting contradicting communication from employees regarding mobile orders near closing. Claimed to refund my order but did not and instead placed blame on me with attitude. Has messed up my order every time Iāve been to this location as well. I used to be a Chic-Fil-A employee myself so I empathize, but this location does not uphold the company values or commitment to service that I have found at other locations, would recommend traveling to another further one. Unfortunate :(

Chick-fil-A has really gone downhill. The prices keep climbing while the portions get smaller and the quality isnāt what it used to be. The food just doesnāt stand out anymore, and itās hard to see why it costs so much compared to other fast food or local restaurants that offer better value. It used to feel worth the price ā now it just doesnāt.
JOSHUA! He was great! There were so many people is there today and I got real worked up. I got bad social anxiety. Went to order and Joshua was so friendly and nice! Made me not so nervous. āAbsofruitlyā the best chik fila experience Iāve ever had.

This is one of the quietest Chick-fil-Aās have been to, and I actually like the experience. Iām used to going to the one in Thornton, so this one was actually a lot more chill. Very nice workers and very good service. No complaints here.
