The customer service was beyond any chick-fil-a I’ve been to. My order was not originally correct, and I called (a bit irritated), and was met with nothing but willingness to make the situation right. Thank you for routing my irritation to eagerness to patronize the restaurant once again. The manager (I unfortunately did not get his name) went above-and-beyond to ensure my order was correct. I want to thank the staff, and specifically the manager, for making my experience more than it should have been. They made a customer for life, and made my day 10x better.

They deserve no stars. This place is horrible and Ive never had a bad experience at a chick fil a so I am extremely disappointed. All workers were extremely slow and when asked about it they laugh it off. I asked if they all take their sweet time and she laughed at me and said yes and proceeded to make me wait for my pick up order that was ready to go. The so called manager there, the more hefty one, was extremely rude and needs to lose her job or go back to training on customer service and restart at the bottom. I've never seen such terrible management and I really hope the owners see this post and realize how much money they're wasting on awful employees.

They will make you feel like white people aren't really welcome at the colfax location, and that whatever you want is a problem. This Chick-fil-A location charges extra to order nuggets at breakfast. That manager made me feel less than welcome and like I had just been ripped off.

Placed an order for a sausage muffin and just got the sausage no cheese when I never stated I didn’t want cheese. Called the store in hopes of getting this fixed or a simple apology instead got a rude lady manager who said it was my fault. Clearly it was cause I wouldn’t be wasting my time trying to fix the issue.

Today I arrived at the store and ordered my food. And I was assisted by a manager who treated us very badly, very rude, who called herself Edith and since her name was Violeta, in my opinion that person should not work in this place. the food good the staff bad
When did they change the option to purchase different ice cream sizes? They only offer one size now and it has to be 4.5 ounces. How silly. And, it depends on the location. Some give you more than that which is nice.

Everything was good but the parking was horrible. The traffic to drive in off Alameda was really bad. I had to park away from the restaurant and walk across the side street and make sure I didn't get run over by the cars. They needed a traffic cop out there directing traffic! Otherwise, somebody's bound to get hit by a car. I suspected that the area has been overbuilt and the infrastructure on the roads has not accommodated for all the people that have moved in the area...

Normally I don't have any issues at the Colfax and Garfield location but I did tonight. I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and when I received it, I was definitely NOT impressed. I'm pretty sure I was given someone's milk shake that was set to the side.. It wasn't even full and it looked super melty and barely any whip cream.... I'm a whipped cream girl and was super sad to see barely any was on my shake. I knew I should have NOT went here but I wanted a milkshake only to be disappointed. McDonalds has a better shake than this!!! ☹️☹️

Stay away!!!! They are incapable of taking a simple order and of taking a payment correctly. The manager is useless! Went through the drive thru, ordered, and paid. Get to the window, and the lady asks me to pay. I tell her I already did while trying to show the pending charge on my bank account. I tell her I'm parking as there are people behind me. I went in to speak to the manager and was told, "Anybody can show a pending charge it doesn't mean anything." She tells me if it goes through to go back on Monday. The charge for $27.62 went through on my end. I call and get put on hold, and now they won't answer and have it off the hook. I called Chick fil a corporate ....what a joke! What happened to Chick fil a?
