Shame on this location... Horrible service provided by manager Joseph as he made my Vanilla Iced coffee with no vanilla so had to return and Joe remade it in a small cup with extra vanilla syrup and had to return the 3rd time. They put in their response that they gave me a coupon for a fee meal and that is 100% FALSE as they never even apologized.
Due to the fact that I’ve returned several times with no issues, I’m changing my 1 star to 3 stars because they never took responsibility for their lack of accountability.
No excuses and just make things right and apologized...

I got the incorrect food and chick-fil-a staff really did a great job at making it right.
Super fast, friendly staff
This particular stop at this particular restaurant was not up to par, mostly due to the poor service. The young lady who took our order was flat, unwelcoming and appeared bored. When our order was delivered to us at the table, a drink was missing. I went back to this young lady at the counter and asked if she could get it for me. She shrugged and then apparently immediately forgot my request. I had to ask three different employees before the drink was finally fetched and handed to me. This is very uncharacteristic of Chick-fil-A, whose service is usually energetic, bubbly and spot on. I hope this was an anomaly. We love the place and will certainly be back!
