After a 16 hour flight and in transfer, I chose this restaurant because it had the shortest queue. Upon opening my ordered spicy chicken sandwich, I was absolutely shocked to see just a piece of meat and a bun. Staff were wholly unbothered and were confused as to why I was confused. Absolutely pathetic.

They work fast here and you better believe that this location always has a line of people. Still the great customer service you'd expect at other stores. Food was fresh and delicious. I got both breakfast and lunch from here before. You can't go wrong!

Lisa at the front desk was so incredibly gracious and kind when my daughter and I have been traveling for 20 hours and we approached the desk asking just for a cup of water. She not only gladly gave us a cup, but she also filled it with crunchy ice and gave my daughter the largest cup. When I asked if I could pay for the cup rather than taking my money, she gave me the opportunity to give a donation to a nonprofit. What an incredible show of love and grace!!!

The staff is incredible and very attentive especially as a dine in guest, the only issue isn’t with the place at all it’s actually with whoever built the building. I feel like it should have been bigger space wise, because when it gets busy it’s annoying and so hard to maneuver to go anywhere. But again I know that’s not something that can be fixed now. Great place otherwise

Don't order a yogurt parfait. They didn't put a spoon in the bag. And why even ask me if I want granola or cookie for my parfait if you're not going to give me either? Very poor attention to detail by whoever was filling the orders.

I had a great experience at this Chik-fil-A. One of the employees (I think their name is Javan) was responsible for some of the best customer service I've ever received at a restaurant. I'm impressed. Super friendly, attentive, alert, bright, active, and eager to serve customers. Definitely deserves a promotion. What a kind soul. The food was also very fresh and came out quickly. I'd definitely come back to this location. 10/10 experience.
