Slowest service I've experienced at a chick fil a, also I ordered a #2 spice deluxe, the asian woman somehow misheard and put down a #1.

They’ll have you waiting 30 minutes outside waiting for your food. Had to go inside and demand a refund. Wont even go out of your way to make things right and make your order again or apologize thanks. 👎
Update: Owner thinks a cookie makes things right 😂 Seriously can’t even offer to remake my meal how hard is it to make things right? Y’all a joke.

This location is the worst. Always check your bag to make sure you actually get what you ordered. Three separate times I have missed items or they get things wrong - like asking for salad vs fries and I received the fries. Typically it's not even as busy as other Chick-fil-A locations which is why I was a fool going there. Avoid this location.

Golly, what do I hate about this franchise? Their famous chicken sandwiches just suck. They pre make them, and then they shove them into the warmer which makes the bun squished, flat and soggy. I don't get it. It wouldn't take but a few seconds to just have the back of the restaurant place them in a thin cardboard box "like McDonald's fish sandwich" so it stays fluffy. Not that I eat McDonald's very often. I only go there maybe twice a year.

I never COMPLAIN or typically write reviews but… I’ve Been going to chick-fil-a for about 4 years to this location…. I order breakfast from there maybe every 3 days. Today I ordered 2 breakfasts sandwiches, they only gave me one of the sandwich meals. I got home and realized it. So I drove back and they did nothing for me because it wasn’t on the receipt. Like I get the policy of not comping something that’s not in the recipe but I had to make two trips to get my sandwich and I’m already a very loyal customer for the last 4 years.
I’m also half African American. So I am really praying isn’t a race issue. It isn’t about getting a comped sandwich, more about trusting a very loyal customer. If you get the order wrong at least comp me for the inconvenience on driving to your location multiple times. ESPECIALLY if I’m a loyal customer who has had no precious complains. This has happened 3 times in the past month, so it’s not the first time the order has been wrong. Why would I order bbq sauce with out an item that has chicken in it??
I love their food and am the highest tier on the chick fil an app but this put such a bad taste in my mouth for customer service.

I just waited 25 minutes for my mobile order. 25 minutes from when I submitted it to when I received it. I watched the drive thru line empty. I watched people get counter served and leave with their food. All while I waited. Remove or fix the proximity AI. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with mobile ordering at this store. I have no idea what they were doing during that time. My food is cold and I don’t think I’ll ever be back. I’m super annoyed.

I ordered some grilled nuggets with a chick fil a sauce cup and the woman asked if I wanted forks and napkins which I replied yes. I drove away without checking and when I got to my destination I realized there was not fork, napkin, or my sauce cup. I guess I'll eat my nuggets with no sauce and no fork ?
