Worst service of any chick-fil-a I have ever been to. There was 1 car in front of us in the drive thru no other vehicles. It was a minimum wait of 20 mins and then they forgot half our order. Good thing we were visiting family in the neighborhood as we had just came into Denver off the interstate. We had been driving all day through a Blizzard, 75mph winds and a dust storm and just wanted to eat and rest. Had to go back to get my child's order that was not included and another 20 minute wait. No apologies or remorse for their screw up. My pleasure my a$$. Horrible manager no accountability, also another customer came in because their order was also missing items.

I bought a #1 chicken biscuit combo several mornings ago from this drive through around 7:30am. When I reached my destination and unwrapped the chicken biscuit, I saw what looked like human mucus on the chicken breast. I go to this drive through location regularly, and the young ladies that work the window seem to have a bad attitude and poor customer service. A short dark skinned dark haired Latina employee regularly forces items ordered into my vehicle before I have time to take them from her. I hope this message finds leadership on the regional level and Chic-Fil-A does something about the terrible service and poor staffing at this location.

This is the best chik fil a. I pulled up in the drive thru 30 minutes before close and then when I got to the window to pay I asked to add more nuggets to my order. I used to work food service and I knew I was being annoying as hell and I felt bad. The person at the window was so nice and gave me extra sauce, the food was ready in less than a few minutes. They made sure to ask if I wanted napkins or utensils too. Just above and beyond service that really made my rough day into a better one. Thank you guys :,) <3
I appreciate the REWARDS I receive in my app from the owner Daniel Andrews, however; I have been so very disappointed in the food quality! The last 3 items I've gotten from there: Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Sausage, Egg, & Cheese biscuit, & the Grilled Chicken Sandwich have fallen apart, the chicken portions have been sub-par. Just very disappointing!
Customer service definitely need attention. I get a bunch of kids work there, but no manners or customer service..

Normally 5 stars all the way around. But they forgot to give us a fork. So I had to drive back around and get a fork for a breakfast bowl, but other than that awesomeness.
I had a chicken wrap at this location and found two eye lashes in my one half of the wrap. The person that I was with, also observed them as well. I couldn't finish the other half. We left after that. I will never eat here or at any other Chick-fil-A locations again.

Chick-fil-A: Where the Chickens are Happier Than Your Ex After a Breakup!Move over, fast-food mediocrity! Chick-fil-A has somehow cracked the code to making chickens so ecstatic that I'm considering attending their next poultry pep rally. Forget "Eat mor chikin"; it should be "Eat chikin that lived a better life than you."The drive-thru line was quicker than my attempts at avoiding eye contact when someone says, "Let's split the bill evenly." The staff here is so friendly; I half-expected them to invite me to a backyard barbecue with the cows. Do cows even have barbecues?As for the waffle fries, I've decided they must be made from potatoes that moonlight as comedians because they had me laughing with every crispy bite. And don't get me started on the sweet tea; it's so sweet, I suspect they may have a secret sugar fairy hiding in the kitchen.In conclusion, Chick-fil-A, you've set the bar so high, I'm convinced your cows are writing Shakespearean plays in their free time. If you haven't tried it yet, your taste buds are missing out on the flavor party of the century. Move over, Michelin stars; Chick-fil-A deserves a constellation!
