I use to really love this place but the last 2 times I’ve been there I have gotten old cold stale fries. Idk if they think that if you just throw chili on top it will cover the fact that the fries have been sitting for a while? First time it happened I let it go but now a second time I’ll just go to chubbys! This place will be out is business soon I am sure of it!

I went to the Chili Shack for dinner when I was in Westminster visiting a friend. The man at the counter was super friendly. The smothered burrito I ordered hit the spot. Very flavorful. Would recommend!

We enjoy the food at Chili’s shack however to service is horrible at the 104 and federal location. Every time we go there the woman that is there acts as though we are an inconvenience to her and can’t be bothered to get off her stool. I work in customer service and as a guest, you should always feel welcome when entering a place of business. Unfortunately this is not the case at chili shack. I will not be going back due to her entitlement. So unfortunate and disappointing.

Mina was absolutely TOP NOTCH! From the moment we walked in, her energy and customer service were next level. She didn’t just check in—she truly cared. She even ran back into the kitchen to help prepare food so everything came out fast and perfect. Who does that anymore?! 🙌👏

Between the service, the atmosphere, and food that’s out of this world, this place has earned a permanent spot on my favorites list. If you haven’t been yet, you’re seriously missing out—RUN, don’t walk!

First time going here thought I'd try something new. I went in just before lunch not busy at all no customers waiting in line a few in the dining area. I decided on the sloppy burrito asking if the green chili came in different heat levels I was told no. I asked if the burrito was a hand held or could I get it smothered she told me I could get it either way. So I ordered it smothered, and with a soda. The lady was also busy texting on her phone while I was trying to figure out my order because I had told her this was my first time here so I needed to navigate the menu. I pd and proceeded to go get my drink when I tried to move I needed to peel my feet off the extremely sticky floor the cashier noticed me annoyed with the sticky floor but continued to be on her phone. I went to find a place to sit down but tables were dirty and big holes in the booth seats. 2 other customers food had came up and the cashier had came to me and asked what kind of meat did I want on my burrito? Not knowing it came with what kind do you have? So I ordered. If she wasn't busy on her phone she should have caught this when I was ordering i had told her this was my first time here. My food was packaged for to go so I guess even if you dine in you get it for to go. My green chili wasn't green it was red I was a bit confused no cheese no smothered but was still giving it a go maybe this is the way it's supposed to be. And then something fell from the top of the windows not sure what it was dirt, lint, bug I'm done the restaurant wasn't filthy but could be alot better for not having customers in there. Tossed my food...
