When I first ate at chili shack (Lakewood) it was bomb AF! I raved about the grilled tacos to everyone! Fast forward to the opening of Federal Heights,I stopped making the drive to Lakewood when i found out Federal Heights opened up , but these tacos just keep getting worse, and worse is why I haven't been eating here. After many months of not eating here, Today I went to give it another shot, and this is what 2 of my 3 tacos looked like. TRASH! The 1st one was mostly cheese and crumbs of meat and veggies. The cashier had a little bit of an attitude when I brought it to her attention, but then gave me a lot of meat when I asked for just a little bit of meat for my tacos, so not sure why there was a meat shortage when the lady "cook" made mine??..

Picked up dinner lastnight and my husband found a really long hair in is chilli fries needless to say ruined everyone's dinner. Won't be going back. Kind of hard to see in the pictures. Wow the owners reply is very professional! I seen my husband pull it out of his fries why would we lie? FYI I have seen guys with long hair!

My husband and I checked this place out; the reviews are great and were excited to try. As a vegetarian... their beans are not and they offer a veg burrito option? Make vegetarian beans. No previous reviews touched on veg cuisine. I won't negatively rate a family biz without giving them an option to make it right. SO Chili Shack a lot of us Veg Heads would like to try your food!

Been to few different chili shack locations they have great food that’s decently priced. This location is my favorite the staff is always fast efficient and super friendly. The woman at the front counter is always top notch. I usually take my order to go but I’ve dined in and the atmosphere is always nice!

Don’t read any other review, because mine is objectively right. I could single handed keep this place in business. I am here all the time. Awesome staff, the food is amazing. Get a chili shack plate with carne asada. The tacos will blow your mind. Crispy tortillas, gooey cheese, and tender meat. After writing this I’m hungry. I have dreams about this place. Seriously just go!
