Food is usually cold, soggy or burnt depending on the day! It’s like it’s made with no love or effort! & the service is TERRIBLE! Every time I place an order ahead of time for a certain time it’s NEVER ready. When I call they always say “5 mins” but I end up waiting 15-20 more mins. Never go here if you’re in a rush or want kind service.

I work just up the street from Chili Shack and come by about 3–4 times a week. I always get the bacon breakfast burrito—it's consistently delicious and never disappoints.
What I really appreciate is how fast and efficient they are. Even when there’s a line, they move quickly and get your order out in no time. Perfect for a quick stop before or during work.
The staff is always friendly, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. One of my favorite local spots—highly recommend!

Yeah this was a no for me. I don’t know what cheese they use, but they should stop. It’s like American cheese slices or something that looks artificial. I asked for extra chili on my fries and I received my fries with nothing but mainly this strange cheese and the fries just weren’t good so I tossed them. Maybe they have better items but this wasn’t it

Food is always great here but the problem is the guy at the register taking orders. Just a blank stare and goes out of his way to make sure you feel like the biggest inconvenience to his day. He actually rolls his eyes when you walk in. Throws the vibes of this place completely out the window. Just shut this branch down tbh they act like they don’t even want your business which is so odd coming down a locally owned small business.
