The last three times I’ve been in there. I’ve tried to pay with $100 bill and have been refused service because they don’t carry enough change. This will be the last time I will ever go to this establishment horrible

Food great as always but i walk in get a crazy look im asking the guy hows he doing he just ignores me his customer service is garbage i love chili shack but he mad my experience terrible by just his energy if you dont want to work dont come to work dont rub off your bad energy on customers i wont come to this location again … i literally see his energy was off and still tried to make conversation laughing and what not and he was just not having it you have to work here i dont im a strong believer of working a job you enjoy 💯 im writing this as im standing here hes talking to other customers but said nothing to me but the total

We ordered 2 asada fries and 2 smothered asada fries yet we recived 4 smother fries with chreded beef we didn't notice until we got home. We couldn't go back as they were already closing so we had no choice but to eat them. We had to remove the majority of the beef as we could because it tasted bad so we just ate the fries. We did get charged for asda but no asada at all. IF THEY ONLY PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT. I WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND!!!

Great food never had birria or grilled tacos before and it’s bussin i like the chili cheese fries but I like all green chili but it’s not NM it’s Colorado lol but I love it recommend it to anyone Agua Fresca are bomb!!
