Wow what a wonderful restaurant! My boyfriend and I kept driving by Chili Verde on our way home, and we always said we wanted to check this place out. I am so happy we did end up coming here for dinner. The server we had was sensational and attentive. The food is delicious, delectable, and has lots of flavor. I love the plants and decor Chili Verde. They even have parking in the back!! I highly recommend coming here!

The food is really good. The service was terrible becuse I think it’s family members serving you so I can overloook the kid that served us or the 30 minutes to pay when we were done The issue I have with this place is the portions. You have to pay for the chips and salsa but they give you the smallest bowl of chips I have ever seen and three different salsa cops with almost zero salsa in each cup. The second part of the portions was the main meal . 4 one inch curbs of pork which was bad enough but rice and beans? I am not kiddling you they don’t even give 3 full fork fulls of either. The flavors were amazoning which made the food crazy good just not even close enough for a main meal or chips and salsa you make me pay for. I wouldn’t go back for these reasons.

For my wife’s birthday, we took a weekend trip to Denver. While there, we had brunch at Chili Verde and had an amazing time. The food was phenomenal. The drinks were great. We loved the ambiance and service. And they gave us a treat when they realized it was here birthday. We will definitely return!

This was an excellent restaurant in the past. I haven't been there in a year, and so much has changed. Most importantly, the large kitchen staff is gone. Last night they they managed to serve every meal at every table without ever turning on a stove. It appears everything is now prepared ahead of time and kept frozen, then put in a microwave by the one cook who was in the kitchen. The dishes are the same, but the results are now sad.
I went to this place to celebrate a friend's birthday. This place was just an okay spot. It's elevated Mexican cuisine. The food wasn't bad but it's not my favorite. I think the wait staff was friendly and helpful with questions on the menu but it seemed a tad difficult with a party of 8 to get someone to come by and the restaurant was mostly empty...on a Friday night. I think if this sort of food is your vibe then go for it but the portions are small for the price you pay. I asked the waiter for a Nojito (Virgin mojito) and he said it couldn't be done. He brought me a virgin margarita that was pretty salty. Then the person down the table got a virgin mojito made and I was a bit annoyed by that. Overall I think it's got potential to be a cool vibe but I didn't actually remember/notice any music in the restaurant and the food wasn't enough to draw me back a second time.
