Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had. We sat on the patio around 5 on a Friday afternoon. There’s not a lot of people here, so o don’t understand why the wait for a drink was over 17 minutes after being ordered. My husband had to go in and get it and it was just sitting there at the service area. There’s at least 4 employees I can see not doing anything. Our appetizer came out before my drink, without silverware or plates. We also had to go in and get those. Our server has yet to return at all.

Bartender was not very welcoming, food took forever to get there and he seemed more preoccupied with people that were in groups. Love chilis but will probably not go back to this location and stick to the one closest to my house!!! That way I know I’ll get top notch service!!!!

Ordered on line for delivery 3 blocks away since I didn’t want to go downtown streets at night with my boys. When delivered got wrong order and restaurant wants to put blame on door dash which is sad since they packed it they charged my credit card. Manager does not want to take responsibility. All I wanted was to not be charged for food I didn’t get. But they do not seem to care. If you like chili’s which I do, go to another location.

We stood at your hostess station yesterday for at least 10 minutes without so much as a GLANCE from your clearly overworked staff. I work in the restaurant industry. I get not having a hostess right there but to not have ANYONE acknowledge they saw new guests is unacceptable. At least say, 'hey, we'll be there soon, sorry about your wait'. We were visibly ignored. I saw a girl I believe was the hostess or maybe an AM running around in back and she definitely saw us at least twice. We finally just walked out because if that was the experience we had just walking in the door, I can imagine what your BOH is going through and I don't want to add to that. There was a girl sitting on a stool at the front that didn't work there but said she was 'security' and she couldn't believe it either. Honestly it made me appreciate the awesome servers and hosts we have at our restaurant. Do better Chili's. Your Tuesday night staff, especially your bartender that also ignored us, absolutely had zero customer service.

Excellent Service!! Heather was very professional and made our night! Everything came out perfectly and on time in just 15-20 min as promised. Food was delicious. Made my birthday weekend even better, glad we chose this Chili's.

Amazing service! Sat us super quick, the food was amazing and the recommendations from the waitress were delish! I dont remember her name but she was so friendly wit our kids and made sure we were always good!

We were in Denver, CO for a conference, and decided to grab a quick lunch at Chili's on the 16th street mall walk.It was mid week, and the crowd was light. Service was quick and friendly. My wife and I were both in the mood for burgers.Both burgers were excellent. Cooked medium well, juicy, and flavored just right. The toppings blend well together, with no one thing overpowering another. We told the waitress to let the cook know how much we enjoyed them.Since we live in the east coast, we likely won't be back to Denver any time soon, but I would definitely stop back for another burger if so!

I have very seldom if ever not tipped a server even when service is bad but the service was not only bad but I got talked to like I was a child and we actively watched our server give good customer service to his other tables while blatantly ignoring our table. We got the two for 25 and we got our entrees first and had to ask for our appetizer and had to wait and beg somebody random for silverware and we had to flag our server down multiple times about our drinks which didn't come until the very end of the meal. My girlfriend ordered beer which you just pour into a glass (I got two margaritas which I got way before her) and he just walked around the restaurant nonchalant never apologetic not once during our entire experience and after being ignored and getting items in the wrong order and not being able to get anybody let alone our server to check on us. Being talked down to during our check was the final straw and had he been a tad bit apologetic DURING the terrible experience or even acted like he cared then he would have gotten a significant tip because it was clear they were understaffed and we are big supporters of service industry employees. He tried telling me after I was leaving that "it wasn't me he was just frustrated at the situation" but the damage had been done.
Customer service is a no go a young man with braids accused me of being disrespectful after I only thanked him for getting me some fresh tomatoes to go. I didn't even receive an apology from the staff member or manager who witnessed the entire conversation. Not worth the money spent to have a nice evening with my husband at all. Would rate 0 if applicable. I'm appalled. Not to mention the waitress continued to walk off several times while in the middle of a conversation. If anyone was disrespectful if have to say it was the staff. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere near this place during the afternoon shift.

This is in my top 3 favorite ? Chilli's! For starts our waitress was great, but we didn't catch her name. The Fujitas were delicious, the music was a vibe, and security is top notch.
