Great food but terrible experience after ordering online. My order was given to the delivery service and the driver stole the food. The manager (female) said I needed to spend another $62 for them to remake my food. She refused to send and remake my order even though my order status was still active. I had to tell her I had 10+ years food service and have dealt with the service they were using. She tried to tell me that the only way they can remake my order is if I cancel and reorder which is false. Then she told me that I’d have to contact the service to cancel which is also false. I explained to her that they have to call or go into their system (Toast, Ziosk, or Aloha- most commonly used) and cancel the order for me to get a refund. After arguing with me about her not being able to remake my food for about a half hour, finally I said if my order isn’t made and sent to me I would call corporate and complain. After I said that she finally remade my food. When I got it, it was poorly made, watermelon lemonade was terrible, my burger was just thrown together and way too much sauce, my triple dipper was half under cooked and half over cooked. My Mac n cheese was sloppy and barely cooked. Needless to say I’m still calling corporate and taking my business down the road to Applebees. I’m very bummed. Last week I spent $115 on dinner here and a week later I get lied to and almost swindled.

I’ve been twice in the last few months and both times it was the service that was so bad that I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this location. Got a new server the first time. I can understand not knowing the menu or being slightly slow but it was the inattentiveness that was annoying. Only came back to check in the table after we flagged her down. The second time didn’t even get acknowledged. Came in during shift change. 3 different staff members walked past the host table without even acknowledging my presence. I went to a different establishment a few steps away and the first staff member to see me treated me. The difference was astonishing. All I wanted was a triple dipper :(

We had a great server and a great dinner! We got to the restaurant about 5:30pm and didn't have to wait. The server took our drink order right away and brought out our appetizer of chips and salsa. I love their thin tortilla chips. Our fajitas for 2 was very filling and we ordered a dessert to go. The restaurant was busy and a bit loud but not so loud that you can't have a good conversation without having to yell like some restaurants. We will always come back to Chilis@

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Chili’s, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What truly made our evening outstanding was our server, Nicole. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Nicole answered all of our questions with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect night out. Five-star service all the way. Thank you, Nicole and the Chili’s team—we will absolutely be back!
