So we came in for a birthday, but were only allowed to use one reward. The server thought we could use them both. Asked the manager if we could split the bill and have two different rewards. Understand that is the policy, but it would have been nice to know about it before we ordered. The manager was not the friendliest person either!

Recently we’ve had two instances that involve sending our food back. The first time I found a hair in my triple dipper and tonight we found plastic in our soup. It’s super disappointing because of how much we like Chilis but after this happening back to back, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
Waited awhile at the host stand. That should have been our first red flag. We waited though and the host came out from the bathroom area. Server was nice enough but my husband asked for no sour cream... he got sour cream. The server should have noticed but after he took our order a separate food runner came to deliver our food and that was the last time we got service. We would have loved boxes for our surplus of food we didnt eat... especially in this economy. We were abandoned at the table once the food came out... there were errors that were never corrected. There was zero hospitality. I felt like a burden walking in. I have photos of the leftovers we wanted to take home as well as the sour cream we requested to not get... and to top it off dried out, nasty tortillas. Over $100 dollars and im not happy. We rarely go out. This is considered a treat but didnt feel it.

We come in from church Wednesday nights sometimes and we are a bigger party typically 12-15. The normal crew has been great about accommodating us. However, on 11/05/2025 we came in after church and because they were an hour out from closing they were attempting to section everyone that came in onto one side of the building. As a result they put 12 of us onto a skinny little table with a bigger table and gave significant attitude upon asking for better seating. The waitress was, short and overall I was very disappointed in the way we were treated as a larger party. We won’t be bringing our business and we will share our experience with others at the church. Felt crammed in like sardines.
