Weekday lunch visit. Came right as they opened so no problem with seating.
First impression - pleasantly surprised. Truth be told have not been to a ?️'s for over 15 years. Modern, bright, clean. Vastly different from the last ?️'s I went to.
There were 5 of us but, our server was more than up to the task in terms of giving us a great dining experience. From, change of order, taking mooore time to decide on what to order, to questions on billing, you can imagine what our server dealt with. Kidding aside, he was 5-⭐ in terms of service.
We got 3 different kinds of burgers, my Oldtimer burger was great. My companions were all happy and satisfied with their orders as well. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I love chilli's! This was my first time at this location and I was disappointed. The wings came out dry. The margarita of the month tasted like Kool-aid. The wings were super dry. My daughter's order was messed up twice. The waiter definitely needs more training.

Blake was our server he was great. I didn't get the manager's name but she was also attentive and fun. We enjoyed a Witches Brew Margarita, the triple dipper with southwest egg rolls, Mozzarella sticks, and big dippers, crispy chicken tenders (super crunchy and delicious), and steak and shrimp fajitas. If I could give 10 stars I would, loved it!

The second time is coming here, the same problem. The bartender is definitely not attentive when someone comes in and sits at the bar. In fact, she's not even at a full bar. 10 minutes later, she doesn't even recognize I'm there and starts helping someone who has been there. Don't worry, I'll just keep going to the other Chilli's with way better service. Too bad your Chilli's is close to me.

I really don't like giving bad reviews. But this is the 3rd time I have eaten at this location. Every time has always been a bad experience. This time around, I can say my server was pleasant and helpful. However, I walked into the location, the manager is playing the role of the host, but she does not greet me, she is looking at me as if I was a stranger who walked into her home. The atmosphere is always gloomy. Getting your food is like waiting for them to go to the store, come back, and having to cook it (the wait is always long). I told my Dad that I don't want to come back to this location. It's always a bad experience. Hope the higher up can start to do better. We'll wishes....

Great food and service. Restaurant was a bit loud though. Could use some sound dampening.
Bartender was great, food was delicious, we just couldn't help but noticed the servers and host that WERE working were eating Wendy's and just chilling in their phones sitting at a booth. Only popping up when someone new came inside or to check on their table. No manager in site or came to check the table. Host was Vaping at the staff table. Just really off putting.
