I ordered the Mongolian pork. It was very tasty and a little reminiscent of a favorite restaurant of mine from the '90s. The fried rice was so-so; if I were going again I'd just get steamed rice or brown rice. The egg roll was crisp and delicious. Definitely recommend. Only a few seats as this is clearly more of a takeout restaurant (also reminiscent of that '90s restaurant).

I have been getting so used to everything being a disappointment lately when it comes to restaurants, all the prices going up while portions and service goes down - but Chinatown Bistro was such a pleasant surprise!
I've lived in the area for 15 years, always passed this place, but never managed to stop in until tonight - I should have been coming here the whole time! This place kept it old school - HUGE portions, they gave us soy sauce and chili sauce...

This was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had, and I wish they had one here in SA.
The place is super cute, and decorated all over. The staff is very attentive, and friendly. The beef and broccoli is always my go too, and it was scrumptious! So much flavor in the sauce, with lean beef pieces, and a delicious rangoon! The green curry was also good (from what I was told). The food portions were perfect. I left completely satisfied!
