If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered steak extra steak. Per the chipotle website a serving is 4oz. One would assume that means my burrito should have 8oz of steak. I asked for a little more and they said it would be triple steak. Employees think a serving size is one scoop they don’t even know the weight. I ended up with less than 6oz of steak
There at 6pm today. Guy with moon face tattoo made my wife feel uncomfortable.
Worst customer service. The “manager” on duty Crystal should not be managing if this is how she handles any kind of situation.
I stopped by for some take out for two meals. Once home I realized I didn’t have the side of vinaigrette & SIDE of guacamole as well as a receipt. Opened my bowl & guac was on my bowl which should have been on the side. Wasn’t for me, was for the other bowl. I drive back, ask for my bowl to be remade (which I had in my hand). Manager asked me what was wrong with it, I explained to her the issue. She asked for my receipt, told her I didn’t have it because I wasn’t given one. She says she’ll be back & disappears for what seemed like 10 minutes, asked her coworker if she was coming back because no one was communicating with me. When she comes back she tells me that she can offer me a side of guac, I could not believe it.
She would not remake the bowl that I had in my hand that I wasn’t going to eat that I had JUST purchased. She kept offering the side of guac or customer service # but nothing else. I asked the girl that made my order if she didn’t remember me as I repeated my order to her & I think she might have remembered because then she tells me to wait. She comes back with crystal & I’m told they’ll make my order this one time. I got my order but at this point I wasn’t even hungry anymore.
This has not been the first time Crystal has behaved extremely unprofessionally. A group of young black boys were hanging out eating inside & the music inside chipotle was insane. I couldn’t believe how loud it was, almost felt like walking into a club. Customers couldn’t communicate their orders properly. When a gentleman in front of me told Crystal he couldn’t hear and that why was the music so loud Crystals response was “I don’t know”. A few moments later I’m assuming she was fed up with not being able to hear the customers that I watch her put the volume down. I could not believe my eyes. Have better attitudes if not get another job.
Used my points for a double portion of meat, barely given a regular portion. Happens almost every time I go to this location. Tried to give it a shot after months of giving my business elsewhere and same experience.
The perfect Chipotle, in my opinion. I've been coming here for a year now, and it has not disappointed! Five stars to the employee, Devon, for amazing work and fast service.

I order from this location regularly , since it’s close to my home. 1 out 5 orders will be regular portion. I even tipped half of my order to see what happens and got half portions. Feels like I have to go in and stare down the employee who is making the bowl for the right portions instead of mobile ordering. Which no one should have to do for the correct portion for food.

I enjoy coming to this place so much. There's always a friendly staff to greet you as you walk in the food is overall good however there's some times in which the guacamole is brown and gross.

Literally half of my burrito bowl was filled. Paid almost 20 dollars for the smallest portion sizes. Chipotle needs to get a grip.

This location skimps on portions, which isn’t too surprising as pretty much all Chipotle’s skimp on portions nowadays. I’ve been a loyal Chipolte customer for years but their company culture has gone way downhill. You get way more bang for your buck at Qdoba or pretty much any other burrito joint. A shame to see such a good company go in the toilet like this. Chipolte steals their customers hard earned money. No doubt about it!

My daughter, who works here, wanted to put in her 15 days of resignation and the manager Grisell told her that it was not necessary for her to do so now that she is looking for work at other Chipotles, they don't hire her because I'm sure this woman is lying about the fact that she was the one who didn't allow her. My daughter put in the 15 days of resignation, they should investigate their managers, supervisors, who are unfair, Chipotle!!!
Good sized portions.
Lost my order and then made it wrong. It's fast food so the expectations shouldn't be sky high, but not losing an order and making it right are still fair expectations.
