Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in today for lunch and the brown rice was crunchy? I don’t even know how that’s possible and the guac had brown lumps in it. Everyone is just standing at the line leaving like two people to prep and make food looked really sad. Won’t EVER come back again just isn’t worth the money.

I go to a lot of different chipotles. The food at this one is ok - not the best, not the worst. The guac was a bit oxidized and chicken a bit dry but other than that everything was decent. The reason for the low review is because the manager was standing at the cash register with the employee who was ringing everyone up. When I went to checkout I heard them sexualizing a patron who had just come in, and they said some rude words about how long I was taking scanning my Chipotle rewards app. They said all of this directly in front of me, and yet I suspect they did not intend for me to hear. I am white, and obviously look it with my blond hair. And yet I am perfectly fluent in Spanish. I suspect if they had known that they wouldn’t have said such rude things. I am of the opinion that employees at a business should not sexualize or shit talk customers right in front of their faces, especially not the managers. I felt extremely uncomfortable for the rest of my meal because of what they had said.

Sometimes the food doesn't meet expectations but the customer service so far has been amazing. From being greeted when walking in to being thanked for visiting, some employees make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

Great tasting food. Fresh clean and good atmosphere.

This location is right by our new place and we love it! We’ve dined in and taken out multiple times and they have never been out of any ingredients. Very friendly, service has always been great.

This location is ok, they don't give you much though they are very skimpy with amount of food.

No thanks, I stuck to Qdoba. Chicken was way to fatty for me.

Unfortunately I witnessed the lady in the back (grill area) literally eat a piece of chicken with her bare hands , lick her fingers, then not wash her hands. I probably wont be back. My jaw fell to the floor when i witnessed it…

I showed up ten minutes early for an interview, manager was ignoring everything I was saying, then referred me to other locations saying they weren't hiring. (I had an interview scheduled through there website at this exact location).

The manager, yes, the manager!!! Served our bowls really poorly when I ask him why he got mad and gave me an attitude, I been in several chipotle location all over town, and this is the first time I see our bowls this half way empty, even rice and beans were short portions!!! Do not come to this location!!!!
